We had a rest from August 10th to 17th. I liked everything, the territory is landscaped, lots of flowers, bushes, comfortable recreation areas in the shade, there is a Playground, a barbecue area, closed Parking for cars. In the courtyard there is a large covered communal kitchen with a TV and a refrigerator. The rooms themselves are clean, tidy, fresh bed linen and towels. A small refrigerator. Towels and toilet paper are provided immediately upon request. The housewives of the house are very hospitable and friendly. The house is located 7 minutes from the beach, just off the main street, so it was quiet and peaceful. The beach is clean, the sea is amazing. We really liked it! I recommend everyone to relax in EliVel!

Hello everyone We had a rest in July 2024, we express our great gratitude to Valentina for her hospitality! The house is located away from the roads with a magnificent view of the mountains! There are no destroyed buildings nearby, unlike other options that we looked at for ourselves. Perfect silence in the evening and morning.. The sea is really very close! The territory is floral, well-groomed, everything is cozy and compact😊

A great, quiet place. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and a shower. The rooms are large and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, as well as hot and cold water. Anyone who wants can cook in the kitchen. There are also refrigerators, a microwave oven, a stove with gas and electric burners.
Friendly housewives!
They will accommodate you, tell you everything, and can arrange excursions. There is a cozy courtyard and a playground for children.
Who wants to, there is a dining room, cafes, shops within walking distance. Ten minutes by bus to the city of Pitsunda. You can visit the market, walk around the city or climb the mountains on your own.
Come, you won't regret it! Holidays for every taste.

1. The sea in this place is beautiful and clean (unless there is a storm), there is no garbage, the pines are beautiful. There is no choice of canteens and cafes on the beach. The toilet is far away and paid.
2. The territory itself is not bad, there is a barbecue area, flowers are planted. The hostess herself is a pleasant woman. Beautiful view from the veranda. There is parking for cars.
3. There is no service in the guest house itself:
- they don't do the cleaning, they don't wash the floors, they don't take out the garbage
- the summer kitchen in the yard is also untidy and not tidy, the garbage has not been taken out for several days, the dishes are sticky.
4. The owners have a cute dog, but feces from it are often on the territory in unexpected places
5. The place is a little isolated, on the one hand it is quiet and green, on the other hand we were robbed, got into the room at night and stole money.
6. There are not many decent canteens nearby, cows are everywhere and their tortillas.
7. In general, the area around is not well maintained, cows, sheep, and poop walk.
In general, it's not bad, but there is definitely something to improve and work on the service.

The hostesses of the hotel are hospitable. The hotel itself is great. There is a kitchen for cooking. The rooms are comfortable. There is a barbecue area. There is a playground for children and a fenced parking lot.

We had a rest from August 15-24, 2023. Great location, quiet, great mountain view, rooms are clean with air conditioning.
Of the disadvantages, I would like to have a TV in the room.
