The receptionist of this sharashka's office is inadequate. The car remained dirty by 20%. He told the cleaner to wash the dirt with clean water so that dirt particles would not scratch the car. The cleaner seemed offended that I was criticizing his work, and began to prove to me how professionally he works. The blonde receptionist shouted at me that they didn't need such a client, and they were doing me a favor. I'm just a*** away from the customer orientation of this sharashkin office.
