Minus one: very inconvenient access for pedestrians. Otherwise, everything is fine. There is a metro station nearby. You can take the metro with transfers from the airport, which is quite budget-friendly nowadays.

It is located at a remote distance from the center of Istanbul and the sights, so who flies with tourist visits, it is better to choose another hotel.

A great hotel, the rooms are clean, the room has everything you need.
The only thing is, on the first of the 4 days of my stay, the tea mugs were taken from me and never returned. Upon request at the reception to bring me mugs, they brought me a glass for cold drinks.
Among the advantages: a beautiful spectacular appearance, clean cozy rooms (there are bathrobes), delicious varied breakfasts (but few meat products, this is not a problem for me)

Impressions of the hotel are negative, they took a tariff with access to the lounge area with snacks and drinks during the day, but upon check-in they said that there was no such option, instead they brought a plate of fruit to the room, but this is not a solution to the issue, there was no Wi-Fi in the room all the time of stay, repeated requests to the reception did not correct the situation. The hotel is located near the highway, there is nowhere to go on foot, there are no restaurants or shops nearby

It's not the first time I've come here, but this time it's a complete disappointment!!!Inattentive staff!We moved into a room where boiling water flows, in the shower in the sink, it is impossible to wash !They do not want to change the room, they barely begged, they gave a room without a window, smaller in size, inconvenient, the staff does not consider themselves guilty in this situation!The staff does not know the basic etiquette before entering the room, that you need to knock before entering the room!!!!Dosed water 2 bottles per day!The hotel needs renovation!It's not worth the money, relax, work carelessly!!!!
