A good residential complex with two pools (without slides). By the way, there is a shower and toilet near the pools. They lived in the right wing, hence the view from the balcony to the mountains, and houses under construction. On the 1st floor there is a children's pool, a rocking chair and a children's room. There are air conditioners everywhere.Good accessibility: around the corner Migros and Bim, 7-10 minutes to the sea, and a few houses to walk to the fish market. There is also a farmers' market on Tuesdays. In general, I recommend that you lower your rating for decent noise (you can't hear it in the apartment), since the house stands at the intersection of one of the main streets.

Современный жилой комплекс, есть и квартиры и пентхаусы, расположение удачное: до магазинов, ресторанов, банков и пр. - 200-300метров. район спокойный, хоть и рядом с транспортом, а до моря всего 10минут ходьбы. Рекомендую.
