The score is 0, we made an order based on a sample from the hall, promised to bring it on Monday, the delivery time was violated. Upon arrival, the order did not match the sample. The director of the company referred to the manufacturer and did not even apologize. Managers do not have information about the availability of the product. We spent time, travel expenses, and a penalty to the master tiler.
We do not recommend contacting this store, the appearance does not correspond to the internal content.

We ordered a tile in this "miracle office" ("horns and hooves"), immediately paid the entire amount, because we had already purchased tiles there and there were no problems. They began to wait for their order . The next day we were told that this particular model had been discontinued, although the sample was in the store, but the seller did not bother to clarify this point immediately, i.e. they sell without knowing what they have and what they do not have. Instead, according to the photo, we were offered another tile, because this option suited us. They also waited a week for her, but it turned out that only 1 piece was brought as a sample, and the rest had to wait another 3 weeks. We agreed to that, too. And 3 weeks later, when the tile was brought, it turned out to be broken!! As a result, they refused to change the broken tile and did not return the money either, saying that we broke it ourselves, although judging by the packaging, it feels like this box was dragged all over the car. It's not even packed, but just covered with a piece of cardboard. They also accidentally forgot the receipt, and the seller called me herself and informed me about it and assured me that she would return it upon my arrival. But when they came to ask about the tile account for the 100th time, then, of course, they also said that the receipt was lost, who would doubt it... Sellers are rude, and insolent, when you come to this office, it feels like you've come home to them. Trust is completely lost, the store is g.. but, and the office too!!!

The coolest salon we have in Molodechno is just huge.Designers are top class girls. Thank you so much for being here!!! Superr!!! The tile was laid, the project is beautiful.
