I work out at this gym on airstretching, and I really like it! Madina is an excellent coach who closely monitors the technique and helps to progress. The atmosphere in the gym is cozy and motivating, it's always nice to come to training. The equipment is of high quality, the hammocks are comfortable, and after classes, there is a feeling of lightness throughout the body. If you want to improve your flexibility, posture, and just relax, I highly recommend it!
A very good fitness room for women! Experienced trainers! Who find an approach to any person! Excellent conditions!!!!
There are such areas as Aerobics, Tabato, Breathing, etc., shaping and Physical therapy, Trampolining, and a new very useful area called Aerostructuring for stretching the spine. All the twists and pains in the back and head go away very quickly, plus you get a toned and stretched body!!!

Because of the sitting work at work, less movement began to feel pain in the shoulder and in the back, bleeding by itself fails
And that's when I decided to go and fulfill my wish and went to ARABIC DANCING
And the dance restored my self - confidence , my physique became even better , and the pain in my shoulders and back went away and I feel much better and all for this I want to thank coach Farangiz Almazovna Thank you very much !!!!
This is a WOMEN's gym. 2 small halls, one for strength training, the other for group training. It looks quite cozy, I would recommend the girls to check it out. My top five is not relevant, but of course I don't want to downgrade them
