At the same time, the hotel is suitable for mass events such as festivals, conventions, etc., as it has large conference rooms.

The hotel is good, especially for those who came for surgery... but they only allow swimming in the Spa in hats. Breakfast is very strange... a little weak for a five. Beer in restaurants is bottled only (about 33l). All prices have almost tripled. But everything is clean, beautiful and decent… The service is on top…

Terrible attitude towards the client, despite the 5 stars. 09/28/24 at 04:00 mistakenly paid for a room for two days, three hours later made a cancellation. The hotel did not refund a penny, they counted the entire amount as a fine. Of course, I will not return to such non-conscientious ones in any case. Although I liked the hotel itself from the photo. Be careful with the payment, the hotel will not refund the money for unproven services!

We respectfully commented on our stay at the Elite World Grand Istanbul Küçükyalı Hotel, which was made possible thanks to the recommendation of a good friend. Our business responsibilities allowed us to enjoy only breakfast, which turned out to be simply magnificent. The hotel provided us with access to the spa, pool and gym, adding a lot of comfort to our stay.
The convenient location of the hotel near a large shopping center and proximity to the metro greatly facilitated our movement around the city. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms pleasantly surprised us, and the friendly atmosphere of the staff created an unforgettable vacation. We are grateful for the hospitality and care that made our stay special and memorable. We take with us only the most positive impressions and memories.

Good service. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The hotel has a hammam, 2 saunas. Excellent breakfast - a very wide selection! The bed is not just big, but gigantic! What can't be said about the bathroom, it's a little cramped inside. The shower is great. There is a hair dryer, but it is plugged into the cabinet under the sink, which is not very convenient.

Upon arrival, there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room. There are no bathrobes. Two small bottles of water are put on the day. From the window there is a view of the houses under construction.
The breakfast is good and varied.
The bar on the 23rd floor offers a beautiful view of the night city.

I had a chance to spend the night. As for business trips, that's fine. Clean, cozy, quiet. The breakfast is not bad. The restaurant on the 15th floor is not very good, but you can smoke. The price is average.

Норм отель, но немного колхозный сервис по меркам Турции.
Получаешь кучу проблем, которые тебе надо решать и тратить энергию на них:
начиная с парковки, неорганизованная, стихийная, хот можно и организовать было на своей то территории, не на городской.
Пока парканулся уже устал (на их территории, не на городской). Проблемы с картами, то на лифте подняться не можешь, то в номер зайти. В бассейн берите резиновые шлепки и шапку, вас об этом никто не предупредит. все вещи оставляете в номере - шкафчики не для вас тоже. И не убейтесь об очень скользкие полы, аккуратней будьте. Сауна холодная как всегда в Турции.
Но зато вид шикарный с 12 этажа и завтраки очень хорошие, это гуд. Тренажёрный зал отличный!

отель сам не плохой, разместились тут по работе, НО! в отеле произошел ряд краж из номеров, администрация старается замять все, утверждая, что во всех случаях все все потеряли. Все случаи кражи происходили после службы клининга

Отвратительный отель, 90% персонала не говорят по-английски, жуют жвачку, делая вид, что умеют разговаривать. Самое фееричное в моей поездке, что номер был полон клопов
