This is not the first time we visit this car wash on Alibegova, as it is conveniently located for us.
Previously, there were also issues with service and customer orientation, but we tried to turn a blind eye. For example, for a long time we were not told that there was a waiting area inside, we just waited outside, standing in the heat of + 30, forgot to wash the mats, waited for about an hour, although the usual time for such a sink is 30 minutes. It is also worth saying that we always took the same set of services- washing outside, mats, openings in the cabin. (Excuse me, who remembers the exact name of the service complexes?) This service has always cost 35 rubles.
But today, the service surprised me more than ever.
We planned to wash the car as usual and to the question of the maintenance staff - "how will we wash it?", we replied: "there is dust and mats outside and inside the cabin." To the clarifying question - "complex?" - we answered "well, yes," meaning, of course, an ordinary sink, which, as it later turned out, is called Standard, and under the Complex they sold us, of course, an "Elite complex", worth 2 times higher than the usual one. When we asked about the price, and why such a car wash was done in the end, the staff reacted perplexedly, generally pretending that we were fools.
Intentionally or not, the phrase "elite complex" was silent about the word "elite" and did not specify that this is a more expensive service - the question remains open. However, the answer is obvious to us.
We recommend avoiding this car wash, because even regular customers, in pursuit of short-term benefits, are trying to impose more expensive services.
It may be unprofitable for the staff to do a car wash for 35p and thus the service is trying to get rid of such customers.

This is really the worst car wash I've been to. Zero responsibility and respect for the client and his needs. They won't listen to you there and your opinion doesn't matter to them. Money thrown away and an attempt to spoil the mood. I won't go into details, but the money paid is not being worked off. They will find many reasons not to finish, redo, or just not do anything.
The staff is as non-customer-oriented as possible, the employee behaves as if the goal is to persuade the client to bypass this institution.To my hello, there was deathly silence, a sullen look and indifference, they did not offer to go into the waiting room, I was sitting outside on the metal railing next to my mats, which were subsequently wet on both sides put into the salon. The "ELIT" complex is worse than a self-service car wash, the whole car is streaked with dirty water and scratches, all the plastic of the interior is stained, worse than before the "wash".
If you have a well-maintained car and you love it, I would not advise you to bring it to this car wash.
