The hotel caused conflicting feelings, I will briefly describe the main points.
What did you like:
1) The food was tolerable. Not very diverse, but passable. There were very tasty juices at breakfast.
2) The hotel is almost on the beach. There is an elevated passage with an elevator to the sea.
3) There are several pools of different depths on the territory, there are sun beds around, there was always enough.
4) The hotel has a free gym.
5) The room had air conditioning and lots of towels.
What didn't you like:
1) Too (!) intrusive staff, ranging from porters to clinicians. You can't lie down on the beach at all, 5 people come up in an hour (massage, hairdressers, hammam).
2) Wi-Fi is extremely unstable and did not catch in the rooms.
3) There was a broken kettle in the room. The problem was solved only once from the fifth and the next day, when he openly began to swear at them.
4) The room had a dirty floor. It was enough to take only a few steps, and the heels were already turning black, as if walking barefoot on the street.
5) The room had a rather small window with a view of the construction site. Also, on the first day, the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage.
I am generally not a very picky person, but I would hardly return to the hotel a second time. The listed disadvantages greatly outweigh the advantages, and the attitude of the staff towards you as a money bag completely spoils the final impression

I stayed at this hotel from November 1st to November 18th. This is the first time in a hotel of this type : calm, quiet, kind of intimate , with a courtyard and a swimming pool. Complete peace ...
The room was large and cleaned very well. A bottle of water was brought to the room every day. Safe deposit. The air conditioner worked flawlessly and was quiet enough.
The beach is across the bridge . There are 2 piers with sun loungers with a canopy . The entrance to the sea is beautiful. It is said that this is the best beach in Hurghada.
After the renovation, a restaurant was opened on the 6th floor with a beautiful terrace and a view. The food was acceptable to me - I'm not picky, I come
exclusively for relaxation and the sea. The waiters are attentive. The chefs are wonderful.
I would like to note that during my stay at the hotel, I saw the administration with the manager, who constantly noted something and asked the vacationers what they would like to change and improve.
I have been to Hurghada 20 times, but I have never felt such satisfaction and peace as this time in this hotel.
And the environment was great - there were many vacationers from Europe and former Russian speakers. There were intelligent Egyptians with families . All people are friendly and smiling . There was no "bazaar".
I would not like to write banal phrases like " as you are , so to you " , but it really is ! it is we who form the environment and the desired state of things for us .

The worst hotel in my life. I have already changed 3 rooms during this trip, and this is not the limit. The first room I was checked into had a broken window that wouldn't open at all. And the one who showed it thought that this was normal. Not well, but cho: there is an air conditioner. Alternatively, I was also shown a room with a view of a wall hung with air conditioners.
I was given the second room for an additional 20 bucks. He was on the second floor right next to the bridge that leads to the beach. That is, right above the London Bridge restaurant, with a balcony overlooking the Sheraton. And this means that you will sleep to the sound track of the fun of this restaurant with music, a huge TV standing on the street and broadcasting at full volume, for example, a football match, and noisy companies until 6 am, as well as to the rumble of trucks passing under the windows and taxi drivers forever honking. Never take rooms with windows on the Sheraton! Although these rooms are rented as deluxe, because you can see the sea from there.
The third room had a balcony overlooking the neighboring courtyard. But there the workers knock until 6-7 pm, and all day and night the air conditioners or some other devices are working noisily. They turn on and off. It's like being in a factory floor! But I no longer have the strength to go to change rooms ...
Another minus: very harsh people at the reception.
One of the advantages: one of the best beaches in Hurghada. Access to the beach from the hotel building is via a bridge over the road and an elevator system.
You can dive from the piers. But the beach is closed at 6 p.m. sharp. I dozed off, so they just pulled a towel out from under me with the words: "Close, friend." It is difficult to imagine a more rude treatment.
It is unclear why the beach should be closed at all, when you can simply not allow swimming!?You can have a great time on the beach in the evening... They would put a guard on the beach, and everyone would enjoy the night sea.
There is no animation on the beach. Sometimes they give out a volleyball ball (there is a playground). There are a lot of sun beds, there are never any problems with places. Again, the beach workers handing out towels are always sour-faced and obviously allergic to people.
I can say good words about the restaurant and its administrator, who is always ready to solve any problem. He and the waiters are always friendly, they clean everything very quickly.
And the cleaning boys are wonderful: they clean cleanly, they are always friendly.
The rooms themselves are not bad, spacious, both standard and deluxe have kettles, hair dryer, tea, sugar, coffee. There are safes in the deluxe rooms.

We've been to different places and I've never seen this before. I don't like to swear, and I can't speak English either. At the same time, we rested 2 years ago here in this place and it seemed normal to us, well, we were in Egypt for the first time and thought that this was normal, but after visiting the water park here, the service and the place and the room itself do not compare! And if you plan to have a vacation on the territory - don't even think about going! There is simply no territory! Poor food in a shabby dining room... this is another disadvantage of this place. Well, the attitude towards tourists... This is a separate topic. The only goal is to get as much out of your pocket as possible. And... for nothing in fact. On the positive side, rooms are cleaned not badly if you leave dollars. Cleaners are the only plus of the hotel..they are treated humanely.The conclusion is that there are many hotels in Hurghada. we had a rest in September 2023. The hotel is conveniently located. It is very comfortable and convenient to walk to the sea via the bridge from the hotel, and in the evening walk along Sheraton Street.
A big minus, the rooms are very poorly cleaned.
They don't give drinking water to the room, they bought it themselves. The staff is smiling, but it is not possible to solve any problem the first time. You have to go to the reception several times.
Thanks to the guide, everything was settled.
The food does not differ in variety, but we were not hungry.

The hotel is located in the center of Hurghada and you can walk around the city on foot - this is a big plus, we wandered through local shops and just walked. Prices in shops and pharmacies are ridiculous, there is a pharmacy where you can buy for rubles, located near McDonald's, a young girl is very cool, understands and speaks Russian...it will help you choose the right medicines. In general, we still have very good emotions from the rest. We hope to return to Egypt again.

One of the advantages of this hotel is the price , it is very affordable and the location on the first line. The check-in was very fast, we got a room after the upgrade, where everything clearly worked well, only the view was to another hotel, but for a vacation in the city it's okay. The beach is nearby , there are a few ornate walks and descents and you are on it , it is small , sandy , but we always found sun beds , there is a normal approach, but there is clearly no beautiful reef here, the hotel is old and before the corals were simply cut off , but there are fish , the water is clean and transparent . The territory is small , but there are pools , several bars and in general we didn't need anything else. The alcohol is local , you can drink beer , it is perfectly refreshing in this heat , everything else is fine . The food is modest, no one will starve, there are always several types of side dishes, fresh vegetables and salads, plus most often chicken. So you will have to diversify the menu yourself. The staff at the hotel is positive, we have no complaints, we rarely contacted them, which means that the rest was excellent. We had fun mostly on our own, after dinner we went for a walk in the city, shopping and liked the embankment, it's very beautiful there. From the trips we chose Luxor, a wonderful historical place and a Super Utopia, where we were fed delicious seafood for lunch. Tours were taken from Mido Bikham via Facebook, so much cheaper than from a hotel guide. Also, if you are interested in original Egyptian oils, then I advise you to find the eliteargan Instagram page, where there is all the description and a large selection, there is also a delivery service to the hotel and the prices are pleasant. The hotel turned out to be quite nice, the rest was very fast and we liked everything, as for a budget holiday, it is a very good option.
