I stayed at this hotel from November 1st to November 18th. This is the first time in a hotel of this type : calm, quiet, kind of intimate , with a courtyard and a swimming pool. Complete peace ...
The room was large and cleaned very well. A bottle of water was brought to the room every day. Safe deposit. The air conditioner worked flawlessly and was quiet enough.
The beach is across the bridge . There are 2 piers with sun loungers with a canopy . The entrance to the sea is beautiful. It is said that this is the best beach in Hurghada.
After the renovation, a restaurant was opened on the 6th floor with a beautiful terrace and a view. The food was acceptable to me - I'm not picky, I come
exclusively for relaxation and the sea. The waiters are attentive. The chefs are wonderful.
I would like to note that during my stay at the hotel, I saw the administration with the manager, who constantly noted something and asked the vacationers what they would like to change and improve.
I have been to Hurghada 20 times, but I have never felt such satisfaction and peace as this time in this hotel.
And the environment was great - there were many vacationers from Europe and former Russian speakers. There were intelligent Egyptians with families . All people are friendly and smiling . There was no "bazaar".
I would not like to write banal phrases like " as you are , so to you " , but it really is ! it is we who form the environment and the desired state of things for us .
Thank you all! I wish the hotel prosperity! For vacationers, good weather and a mood for rest , despite some shortcomings .
We stayed at this hotel from 12/23/24 to 12/31/14. We lived in room 1313 of the building where the reception is. The room is spacious, cleaned every day. Of course, in a woman's opinion, windows need to be washed, there are no shampoos, shower gels, only liquid soap. The food was good. I had lunch on the beach a couple of times, it's inconvenient, there are high tables and you can't see what's where. There weren't enough tables. As it is, there are no complaints about the menu. Fish, chicken every day, beef patties, liver were cooked. Very tasty falafels. The territory is small but cozy. There were plenty of sun beds, but it wasn't in season. We swam with pleasure. At the check-out, and we were picked up at five in the morning, we were given a lunch box. A couple of sandwiches, cucumber, tomato, tangerine and juice, and two sweet rolls. The location of the hotel is excellent, I liked everything. If there is an opportunity, we will come again.
The hotel caused conflicting feelings, I will briefly describe the main points.
What did you like:
1) The food was tolerable. Not very diverse, but passable. There were very tasty juices at breakfast.
2) The hotel is almost on the beach. There is an elevated passage with an elevator to the sea.
3) There are several pools of different depths on the territory, there are sun beds around, there was always enough.
4) The hotel has a free gym.
5) The room had air conditioning and lots of towels.
What didn't you like:
1) Too (!) intrusive staff, ranging from porters to clinicians. You can't lie down on the beach at all, 5 people come up in an hour (massage, hairdressers, hammam).
2) Wi-Fi is extremely unstable and did not catch in the rooms.
3) There was a broken kettle in the room. The problem was solved only once from the fifth and the next day, when he openly began to swear at them.
4) The room had a dirty floor. It was enough to take only a few steps, and the heels were already turning black, as if walking barefoot on the street.
5) The room had a rather small window with a view of the construction site. Also, on the first day, the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage.
I am generally not a very picky person, but I would hardly return to the hotel a second time. The listed disadvantages greatly outweigh the advantages, and the attitude of the staff towards you as a money bag completely spoils the final impression
Among the advantages are the pier and the beach. Where they come from other hotels for the day. That's where the advantages end. The hotel is very dirty, old, with terrible staff. And now in order. The reception arrived on 03.12.24 from the 80s, everything is in the dust, it is clear that NO ONE NEEDS ANYTHING. We were taken to the room (all on), the room was shown on the 1st floor with a view of the street, the noise was in the room so that it seemed we were on the street, dirty old double-glazed Windows, dirt on the floor, some uprooted sockets, as a result, protruding wires, curtains hung (my opinion from the moment of purchase) not washed in stains. And that's 4*. They asked us to immediately change the employee of Mohamed's (I attached a photo), who practically snatched our only suitcase, he also showed the number. When I saw the impression of the room, it seemed to me that it shone. And immediately asked for an additional payment for another room that he is ready to offer. Exactly on the second floor, the room turned out to be cleaner, with a view of the pool (as we asked for when paying the tour operator). To say that it was a SHOCK is to say nothing. I'm attaching a photo. Mohamed demanded an additional payment for the second number on the badge, when we refused, he began to EXTORT in Russian (he speaks it perfectly) AND PUT PRESSURE ON OUR CONSCIENCE AND SHAME. We explained that we were paying for a room with a view of the garden or pool, and tried to clarify with him about the availability of a clean room corresponding to our application. There was a shout, Mohamed started laughing in our face. A friend decided to give him a chocolate bar (assuming that he would calm down). He took it and left with shouts and complaints.
Since our goal was, rest, moryushko, more positivity. And having a lot of experience from regular trips to Egypt, we decided to go to the sea, get acquainted with the hotel. Naively believing that the above is just a misunderstanding.
We went down to the reception, oil painting)) Mahamed was standing with the hotel staff and waving a chocolate bar, shouting and laughing emotionally... when he saw us, the conversation was interrupted.
I'm not going to focus on the dirt of the hotel, on the fact that when buying an all inclusive tour, in the only restaurant, when you ask to pour wine, they pour 1/3 into minimally small glasses. And only after 3 or 4 appeals to the waiter. I don't want to emphasize how the local service,, the army,, in the ONLY RESTAURANT of the hotel, consider every visitor and stand in a crowd at the entrance,, with a grin,, that everyone owes them. I do not want to emphasize that in fact THERE are NO SNACKS at the bar (although it is stated that they are. There are 10-15 minutes of iron round plates with 2-3 mini-burgers in them, with soy sausage inside, in the 2nd plate 2-3 pinkie-sized (leftover from breakfast) dry puff pastry. It disappears in 5 minutes after it is exposed. There are not very many children, but they are there. I have no idea what they are being fed or what they are being fed. But I witnessed that the parents just put what they had on the plates and took it with them. No options.
According to nutrition, you will not stay hungry. Every day, a small fish in batter, for satiety, eggplant and zucchini are noticed in the batter. Very finely diced tomatoes and cucumbers, I believe yesterday's. Heavily sprinkled salad mixture with coriander. One kind of sausage is purple in color, (I tried it-it tasted indescribably tasteless), the only kind of cheese I DID NOT DARE TO TRY)) boiled sausages with vegetables in tomato sauce. Ground red beans, boiled eggs, omelette, chicken pieces in gravy. And sometimes they gave meat, dosed, the waiter put it on himself, cut it off from a piece. For the entire time of 10 days, it was 2 times. Well, then diluted yuppie powders, orange and lemon. Tea bags in the restaurant in a heated kettle, and coffee is also in the kettle. From fruits, finely chopped oak melon, apples in sweet water, sometimes peeled pomegranate. Two varieties of dried chopped grapefruit, and tangerines, in grains. The cheapest variety. Paper napkins on the table, each has ONLY ONE piece. Next, wipe everything with dirty cloth napkins, unwashed since the first opening of the hotel.
By the way, the elevator has not worked for the last 5 days. Fortunately, we lived on the 2nd floor. In fact, he is the third, and the Napoleon restaurant is on the second floor. The restaurant was closed for the entire period of our stay. Magnetic door keys were regularly demagnetized. We had to constantly change them. The toilet was leaking from the first day until departure, completely ignoring this issue. The safe has a lock that was attached to an electrical tape. Fungus in the bathroom, I took a photo. By the way, the complete absence of shampoos, balsam. Liquid soap is poured into broken dirty dispensers.
Since the main thing for us was the sea, the weather was gorgeous all the days. We swam a lot and for a long time. Sunbathing. We went to the main Sheraton street, went to the Kurkusha Cotton store. We bought gifts for our relatives. And that would be all right. And there will be no such review. But at the hotel we met a Russian woman of advanced respectable age, Nadezhda.
She flew in from Finland with her husband. A very positive and sociable lady. Which tells that when checking in, she also passed a TEST with her husband from Mohamed, who practically demanded 30 euros from them for moving into another room. And since through several. When her friends were supposed to come to them, she asked them to settle them side by side. We haven't seen each other for 15 years. She was charged another 20 euros. Nadezhda did not complain, she told me how it was. Being a lady over 70, she tries to be as positive as possible about everything that happened.... She spoke with trepidation about her husband, who is even older than her.
And now the climax, on the last day of our stay, we turned in our room on time.
We went down to the reception to hand over the keys, and our bracelets were cut off by order. Although the transfer for us was at 17:30 local time. When clarifying about lunch, we were categorically forbidden to come to lunch. Of course, we clarified the reason why we were refused, since the day was paid in full. Naturally, neither the trust nor the Poles who joined in, who witnessed this situation and were also outraged by the behavior of the hotel staff, did not change the situation. When I approached the receptionist and explained that I would post a review, I was told. Mohamed and the boss decided so. I reflected earlier that I had been to Egypt many times. But I did not have such BLATANT RUDENESS, blatant DISRESPECT for vacationers, A DIRTY HOTEL, moreover, I did not demonstrate all this publicly with mockery. result: THIS HOTEL is worthy of 1* and then only because of the sailor. Staff 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎. Meals for 2*. I hope and believe that this is not the only review and photo about such,, lepota,,
The most terrible hotel! The staff is +, but few people speak Russian. The food is also normal, a variety of dishes.
And now I'll start:
1. The room 1106 in which we were: the beginning was with the door, it never opened the first time. You need to constantly pull the keys back and forth to satisfy her and she opened.
2. The room is very dirty, the windows have never been washed! The curtains have never been washed! The table between the beds is still dirty from us, we have already been here for 3 days.
3. The shower is working, but water is pouring out of the connection.
4. Water was brought to us on day 2, on day 3 they put a towel in the shower for our feet.
5. 4* it's still shampoo, brushes should be, no, drag EVERYTHING with you with soap, well, except liquid soap.
6. All the tables in the dining room are hanging out, coffee tea is constantly spilled.
7. There is nothing to do here! No animation for you, no entertainment in the evening, there is a charge in the afternoon.
8. Paid Techno Gym is funny!!!
9. Everything is included, but there is an exception. Alcohol is full of swill!
10. Why is this squeaker at the entrance! I don't understand at all. You go out, you go in, it's already infuriating, horror is pounding in your ears.
11. Wi-Fi is only on site, there is simply no Wi-Fi in the rooms!
We've been to different places and I've never seen this before. I don't like to swear, and I can't speak English either. At the same time, we rested 2 years ago here in this place and it seemed normal to us, well, we were in Egypt for the first time and thought that this was normal, but after visiting the water park here, the service and the place and the room itself do not compare! And I completely forgot that the constant barking of dogs, the beeping of cars at night when I want to sleep!

Positive:
1. The staff. Polite and attentive, especially towards children. I would like to mention the chef separately - he cooks excellently, the food is varied, you definitely won't stay hungry. The staff listens to comments and tries to eliminate them quickly.
2. The beach. Sandy, the entrance to the water is convenient, there is no wind at the end of December. There is a pier, which is very convenient.
3. Swimming pool. One of the pools is heated, which is especially important in the cool season.
4. Location. The hotel is located near the city. It's only $1 to take a taxi via Uber in any direction. Nearby there is a pharmacy and a local store where you can buy Nestle baby food water at a very affordable price of only 20 cents.
5. Currency exchange. It is possible to change money into pounds inside the hotel at a favorable exchange rate (not at the reception). You can also exchange currency at the hotel's bank, but you will need a passport and a copy of it.
6. Visa. It is better to get a visa not from a tour operator for $ 28, but at the airport, where it costs $ 25.
7. Cleaning. The cleaner is working fine.
8. Calm atmosphere. There were no ethnic conflicts.
Minuses:
1. The beach. There are cats running around on the beach, which leave a smell, and a lot of flies, which you have to constantly fight off. It interferes with relaxation.
2. Restaurant. When there were few guests, glass glasses were used, but as the number of people increased, they began to pour drinks into plastic ones.
3. Check-in. First, they offer rooms on the ground floor, which are dusty, with windows facing the road, where taxi drivers are constantly honking. They asked for $25 to move in, and we managed to negotiate for $20, since we didn't want to make too much noise, considering that we were with a small child.
4. Infrastructure. There are no scales for luggage at the reception, so it's better to take it with you.
5. Water. The shower was initially cold, but after the comments, they turned it warm.
6. Mosquitoes. On the first night, the child was bitten by mosquitoes, and I had to buy a fumigator.
7. Rooms. Outdated, with cold tiles on the floor, it is inconvenient for the child to crawl. A playpen was not provided for the child, although it is available.
8. Facilities for children. They didn't give me a high chair either, although it's available.
9. The elevator. The elevator to the beach is unstable.
10. Maps. Room access cards don't work well — you have to swipe the card up and down quickly.
11. The bar. They pour two glasses in each hand (including 1/2 beer), but this is more the policy of the hotel, rather than the fault of the bartenders who try.
12. The restaurant. There are practically no fruits.
13. Animation. Completely missing.
14. The beach. It's paid for by locals, which is why there are a lot of people on the beach and in the restaurant.
Result:
The hotel is suitable for those who are looking for a budget option with basic comfort. The main advantages are the staff, the beach and the convenient location. However, there are many disadvantages, such as outdated rooms, lack of facilities for children and poor infrastructure. The staff tries to smooth out the shortcomings, but the hotel clearly needs an upgrade.
A good vacation at the sea. There are many and enough sun beds - you will not be spinning in search of where to lie down. However, the food is very monotonous and there is no "snack" if you are suddenly late for lunch and dinner. Good entrance to the sea. There is no entertainment, because the animator is frankly too lazy to work. He's just the one.
We visited in December 2024. The best thing about this hotel is the beach. The rooms are old. If the windows overlook the road, it is very noisy. They ask for money to replace the room. Food... You won't stay hungry, but you'll quickly get tired of the same thing. No variety. Desserts are generally sad. Very intrusive male staff stick to girls like flies. We had a good rest overall, but I don't want to return to this hotel a second time.
We had a vacation with our daughter in August 2023, we were absolutely satisfied, although there were small nuances, but over time, memories replaced these little things. We are from Siberia, so we have plenty of forests, fields, etc. and houses. We went to the desert! The sea is divine, without wind, with a sandy sunset, there are always sun beds.I am glad, by the way, that they are wooden, and not flimsy plastic.Initially, we considered only a city hotel with the opportunity to enjoy the local flavor, wander around the city, walk around the Marina, shop around, after all (girls after all).PEOPLE! If you want to be smiled at, smile, be polite and kind. These are oriental traditions. You came to visit, not to you, and it's probably not worth setting your own rules, especially rudely. The hotel staff is very polite, friendly, the cook is a great professional - all the dishes were cooked perfectly.By the way, there were many national dishes, I recommend it!During our vacation, no one fainted from hunger, all the tourists were happy.Special thanks to the staff of the local travel agency Mahmoud, Maxim and diving instructor Yasha-you are the best!!!Read the reviews in advance, do not believe, by the way, some negative ones - these are probably inflated expectations.Be realistic, a small city hotel is not designed for all your "wishes", relax with pleasure!
Marina and Katrina have already taken a tour for the beginning of August, we are counting the days until the meeting.
A very nice hotel.
The staff is qualified. The service is unobtrusive. They cook beautifully. Two pools. One is heated.Access to the sea directly from the hotel. The corridor turns into an air bridge over the highway. At the end of the bridge, an elevator drops you directly onto the sandy beach.
There are yachts on the raid, with nets stretched between them to protect them from sharks.Video surveillance of sharks is conducted from boats and, if necessary, they are scared away by underwater drones.
Safety is guaranteed.
The beach offers SPA services and all kinds of excursions for
an additional fee.
Take an excursion to Luxor on the banks of the Nile, where you can see the ancient capital of Egypt. The city of the living and the kingdom of the dead.
You will also be invited to the Paradise Islands, where you will feel like you are on a desert island (not counting tourists).
You can go down on a bathyscaphe to the bottom of the sea and see the underwater reefs.
The worst hotel in my life. I have already changed 3 rooms during this trip, and this is not the limit. The first room I was checked into had a broken window that wouldn't open at all. And the one who showed it thought that this was normal. Not well, but cho: there is an air conditioner. Alternatively, I was also shown a room with a view of a wall hung with air conditioners.
I was given the second room for an additional 20 bucks. He was on the second floor right next to the bridge that leads to the beach. That is, right above the London Bridge restaurant, with a balcony overlooking the Sheraton. And this means that you will sleep to the sound track of the fun of this restaurant with music, a huge TV standing on the street and broadcasting at full volume, for example, a football match, and noisy companies until 6 am, as well as to the rumble of trucks passing under the windows and taxi drivers forever honking. Never take rooms with windows on the Sheraton! Although these rooms are rented as deluxe, because you can see the sea from there.
The third room had a balcony overlooking the neighboring courtyard. But there the workers knock until 6-7 pm, and all day and night the air conditioners or some other devices are working noisily. They turn on and off. It's like being in a factory floor! But I no longer have the strength to go to change rooms ...
Another minus: very harsh people at the reception.
One of the advantages: one of the best beaches in Hurghada. Access to the beach from the hotel building is via a bridge over the road and an elevator system.
You can dive from the piers. But the beach is closed at 6 p.m. sharp. I dozed off, so they just pulled a towel out from under me with the words: "Close, friend." It is difficult to imagine a more rude treatment.
It is unclear why the beach should be closed at all, when you can simply not allow swimming!?You can have a great time on the beach in the evening... They would put a guard on the beach, and everyone would enjoy the night sea.
There is no animation on the beach. Sometimes they give out a volleyball ball (there is a playground). There are a lot of sun beds, there are never any problems with places. Again, the beach workers handing out towels are always sour-faced and obviously allergic to people.
I can say good words about the restaurant and its administrator, who is always ready to solve any problem. He and the waiters are always friendly, they clean everything very quickly.
And the cleaning boys are wonderful: they clean cleanly, they are always friendly.
The rooms themselves are not bad, spacious, both standard and deluxe have kettles, hair dryer, tea, sugar, coffee. There are safes in the deluxe rooms.
A great hotel, we rested for two years in a row, for the second time we were looking for a ticket to this hotel, as we prefer small hotels..the territory is cozy, clean, the staff is very responsive, but you have to pay $ 10 for a room with a view of the pool, wi-fi works well in the room in the morning, but only in the morning, there is a big problem with the Internet in this hotel, it does not catch everywhere and the quality of communication is three...but you can buy a local SIM card and the problem is solved, they settle in quickly, any questions can be solved at the reception, they respond immediately. Ismail- you can contact him with any question, understands Russian and speaks a little, takes the suitcase to the room, sells a local SIM card.....a great guy, the food at the hotel is good, they try to diversify, there are few fruits, but perhaps because we rest in November, December, the staff at the restaurant is also on solid 5, the beach area is a small cozy place, clean, the entrance to the sea is simply gorgeous, the bar is excellent. On the beach, DJ Ahmed is very positive, groovy, speaks Russian, communicates with tourists, dances and other entertainments. Mahmud will also offer excursions on the beach...don't even doubt it (the price is several times cheaper than at the hotel, and the trip is super), we took a yacht tour....it's very cool and fun, they don't take much ... max 10 people, very tasty food, tea, coffee- please dive (who wants), visit the paradise island, we really liked everything. The hotel is located in the center of Hurghada and you can walk around the city on foot - this is a big plus, we wandered through local shops and just walked. Prices in shops and pharmacies are ridiculous, there is a pharmacy where you can buy for rubles, located near McDonald's, a young girl is very cool, understands and speaks Russian...it will help you choose the right medicines. In general, we still have very good emotions from the rest. We hope to return to Egypt again.
Well, what can I say... the hotel is for a very very undemanding tourist. If we consider a city hotel..like just to wash up and spend the night... That's fine. And if you plan to have a vacation on the territory - don't even think about going! There is simply no territory! Poor food in a shabby dining room... this is another disadvantage of this place. Well, the attitude towards tourists... This is a separate topic. The only goal is to get as much out of your pocket as possible. And... for nothing in fact. On the positive side, rooms are cleaned not badly if you leave dollars. Cleaners are the only plus of the hotel..they are treated humanely. The conclusion is that there are many hotels in Hurghada. Choose according to the reviews. And to come here is to cut the vacation in the bud.
I highly recommend not contacting a local Mahmoud who offers excursions with a "huge discount of -75%". We took diving from him - we overpaid almost 2 times. We also read reviews about this Mahmoud, believed in the end a complete deception
On the Internet, you can find excursions cheaper and of no worse quality, without problems.
The hotel is a bit old. A small cosmetic repair is required. It is located on the outskirts. The nearest civilization is 15-20 minutes on foot. The restaurant is just great! The chefs and waiters are great! The beach is not bad, sandy. There are no corals. There is a volleyball court and a nice bar and restaurant. Overall a good hotel.

The impression of this hotel is twofold. The beach is great, there were enough places for almost everyone, except for those who occupy and do not come (this is especially true for Ukrainians and Poles, if you are people! don't do it like a pig). The food was good, the view of the breakfasts in the main restaurant was a bomb! I just didn't understand why you should organize dinners at a restaurant on the beach if you don't have anything adapted to this and there aren't enough places for everyone. The location is very cool! Now, as for the hotel itself: the staff is strange, all the managers of the hotel do not greet, do not smile, but manages the entire hotel and solves all security issues (I do not remember his name). Get ready to hike by the numbers, even if you are ready to pay 20-30'$ at once, no one has canceled the quest by the numbers and these hikes can range from a couple of hours to two days. Russians Russian is another disadvantage, except for this security officer, no one in the hotel speaks Russian, although there are many Russian speakers in the hotel.
we had a rest in September 2023. The hotel is conveniently located. It is very comfortable and convenient to walk to the sea via the bridge from the hotel, and in the evening walk along Sheraton Street.
A big minus, the rooms are very poorly cleaned.
They don't give drinking water to the room, they bought it themselves. The staff is smiling, but it is not possible to solve any problem the first time. You have to go to the reception several times.
Thanks to the guide, everything was settled.
The food does not differ in variety, but we were not hungry.
Budget is not a bad hotel...not far from the walking streets. Great beach. The food is delicious, although there is a very poor choice. The staff is not intrusive. In general, a good budget option, without frills. By the way, the beach is accessible to residents of Hurghada, but it is paid, so the content there is decent. There is also a good bar-cafe on the beach.
I rested in these hotels for the first time in June 2024, the hotel is dirty, I got an intestinal disorder. Do not drink water and juices from vending machines at the bar risers, do not eat sliced fruits floating in the water, everything is poorly washed. If you still decide to go to this hotel, take medicines for diarrhea and allergies.
I will not advise anyone. Even the most unassuming tourists. We arrived at 10, checked in only at 2 o'clock. And from the third number. Because their housing stock has not been repaired since the Soviet era, it seems (. Photos do not convey the first impression of the hotel. The Internet does not work from the word at all. Only once did I work well on the beach early in the morning. When there were no people( . Dust is everywhere. Cobwebs on the ceiling. Mold in the bathroom, a buggy safe, a buzzing air conditioner, round-the-clock noise from ventilation, gray -former white bed linen, tea bags in the canteen, there is no other way to call it, barking dogs at night, a road that makes twice as much noise at night. Rispeshn offers to pay $ 15-20 for the best room. But in the end it turns out to be the same, but with other drawbacks (After living in one room for three days, we decided to write to our guide Rihab (Biblio-globus) that it was simply impossible to sleep because of the noise of ventilation, as a result, they settled in a deluxe type, but with a view of the road, here we they realized that ventilation is better than Arabs and dogs at night, and a bunch of mosquitoes (.... Do not believe pzhlst 4*, when buying a tour, all the documents received say-3*. And in fact 1*.... Men or young boys who do not understand what a duvet cover and clean white bed linen are cleaned everywhere. *A woman* was met only at a massage for $15... on the beach.. A lot of negativity turned out, I'm sorry, but it's true, the rest is ruined. Only our good tourists and the sea with a sandy beach nearby calmed us down. They don't like Russians here, they treat foreigners much better, I've seen it myself more than once. The only thing that saved me was excursions and shopping on Sheraton Street))). Taxis are very cheap there, but they drive without rules at all, there are no signs and pedestrian crossings, they like dollars, but not local Egyptian ones))). It is better to pay at the end of the trip, because the price may not change for the better .... Sorry for the pun, but I really want to warn you....In general, the choice is yours....
The hotel fully meets the stated requirements. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Refrigerator, air conditioning, safe, kettle, TV with satellite set-top box. There are our programs, TNT is for sure! The food is also great! I recommend it!
See the photos!
The road to the hotel is CLOSED FOREVER for me and my family, my children, my relatives and distant relatives, employees, neighbors and Everyone I know!!!!!!!!!due to Low Preparedness, or rather there is none at ALL - A Tourist Safety System against Shark attacks!!!Rescuers can only arrive at the already torn bodies, and there will be no Serious Fence-Protection for bathing people, CHILDREN on the beach as there was, and there will not be!!!Come to your senses!!!Gullible Tourists suffer every year! IT is SURPRISING that SO FAR in Egypt, Serious Protective grilles have not been installed near bathing hotels! The management does not Think about the Safety Of Tourists or does not Want To Think About It!!!The management needs Us ALL to come from different Countries and save OURSELVES! Shall we escape?(Read the statistics) What An Absurdity! Unfortunately, no one talks about it, Apparently Everyone is satisfied!!!I can't keep silent anymore!!!
What do people have in their heads, who gives low marks to a hotel because of a shark? What does the hotel have to do with it? Sharks swim occasionally because they have to swim in deep waters. And if you want to see them, you have to sail away in a few hours
Give the staff a tip if possible.
The hotel is called Elise.
It has 4 stars online. I'll give you a three for terrible numbers, everything doesn't work. About everything in the economy did not work, including the toilet (room 501). We moved into a deluxe room for an additional fee, the room was dirty, and after three days the hot water was turned off.
We went there for 5 days, and one day of them we spent on relocation and swearing at the reception. The walls in the bathroom are not washed, it is a pity that women are not employed there. Because men wash. The walls were washed for me when I pointed at each point. They didn't wash what I didn't show them.
So on the first day we finished with all this at half past 5, and at six the sea and the pool close!!! And after six there is absolutely nothing to do there.
There is no WiFi in the rooms, although it was indicated on the on-line that it is everywhere. It was important to me because I work from a computer
But about the advantages: 1. Very tasty food, vegetables, both fresh and fried, delicious fish, delicious poultry, delicious beef patties. Everything is very tasty! And I'm very picky.
2. Friendly staff, from security guards to chefs. They always say hello and ask how you are)
3. The pool is of different depths, and you can even swim
4. The sea is clean for the hotel, the road is straight from the hotel without access to the city. There is a pier and free sun beds. Rescuers are on duty. Both on boats and on the pier. The water is clear. No sharks seen 🦈
5. Free alkobars. One by the pool, and in the evening the Dolphin bar is open and they pour until ten. There is Russian music
About the excursions. Travel agent (we went from Anex, but that's the way it is for everyone. We talked with the guys who came from other tour operators) they will take you out on excursions, and they are more expensive than the rest. They will breed the fact that you have insurance only when traveling from a travel agent, but in fact it either works both ways or not. We took one tour from Anex, for diving. Full bottom, 70 people on deck. You're waiting for everyone. Cheesecake and banana for 50 seconds, but you wait for people for 3 hours. She got poisoned after the trip. The staff on the yacht is courteous, our guide Mustafa advised on everything, controlled this mass of 70 people, just a car 🔥
We took a Safari tour from Mahmoud (he walks around the hotel), I really liked it.much cheaper. There were only 6 of us, the staff is also courteous, takes care of everyone. Everyone had enough
In general, everything is fine.
Close to the airport, good staff, sea nearby, kitchen for 4..
Still would not offer good rooms for money, it would be good at all ..
And more needs to be done for safety in connection with a shark attack on a person..
Grids, ultrasound, etc.
Security measures for 2
The hotel is dirty, the cleaning is very bad. The rooms are terrible, they offer to pay $ 20 from the top to give a normal room , do you mean that, for some reason the tour agency is silent about this, the Internet does not work well, they offer their SIM card for $ 10 is not new, you have the Internet to finish 3 or 4 days, then they will demand $ 4 from the top for 2 days and so on . It is better for you to buy a new SIM card at the airport right away, it is cheaper there, and it will work until the end of the rest.you can only go there from across the sea, and because of Mahmoud's guide. He is a very kind, understanding and responsible person, his prices for the tour are also normal, you can negotiate, I advise you.
A disgusting hotel. People, don't go there. It's just that EVERYTHING is bad!!!This hotel is designed for locals who eat whatever they can and can live in dirt and noise. I'm not picky myself, but what I felt for myself this time was only the sea and the sun, and the local supermarket where you could buy normal food. Otherwise, you could starve to death, or lose weight. The territory is small, there is no animation and entertainment events, there is a bar located in the basement, where everything is smoky.
It's not the first time I've had a rest. Courteous staff, ready to help

Rooms need to be taken only for comfort, the main plus is the beach especially in winter, there is practically no wind, food for 3 people in principle, you can only take breakfast, install the talabat application and order delivery, it was 2 times December January, yes, you do not need to change money there, in the telegram group Hurghada finance in 5 minutes you find chic options, they bring. Taxi, put the indrive app, and not Uber is much more convenient
4 in advance, there is always something to complain about, but not without reason. The staff in the kitchen, on the beach are trying, there are complaints about room cleaning, I had to kick, the little Arab was lazy. There are just extortionists at the reception for the room, currency exchange. If you don't pay attention to it, the rest was a success
If you do not plan to spend time in the room, then everything is fine 👍👍👍
If I go again, I will go to this hotel
It's normal for me, I'm a lover of walking ☺☺☺
The hotel is barely a C grade. It is dirty, the service is disgusting, there is nothing, there are not enough appliances, plates, paper napkins are sometimes given 1 piece, but not to everyone and not always. Tea, coffee, tea, milk, water. There was one outlet-the sea and that was deprived, cut off altogether, there was nowhere to swim, only to walk.
The hotel is cool, the passage across the road to the sea is thought out to the smallest detail, it does not bother, there are its own chips in the hotel, a wonderful responsive receptionist in the restaurant, a nice, cozy beach. It all depends on the mood with which you arrived. The price-quality ratio is good. It's a bit far from the center, but there are no problems with a taxi. I would like to go there again.
One of the advantages of this hotel is the price , it is very affordable and the location on the first line. The check-in was very fast, we got a room after the upgrade, where everything clearly worked well, only the view was to another hotel, but for a vacation in the city it's okay. The beach is nearby , there are a few ornate walks and descents and you are on it , it is small , sandy , but we always found sun beds , there is a normal approach, but there is clearly no beautiful reef here, the hotel is old and before the corals were simply cut off , but there are fish , the water is clean and transparent . The territory is small , but there are pools , several bars and in general we didn't need anything else. The alcohol is local , you can drink beer , it is perfectly refreshing in this heat , everything else is fine . The food is modest, no one will starve, there are always several types of side dishes, fresh vegetables and salads, plus most often chicken. So you will have to diversify the menu yourself. The staff at the hotel is positive, we have no complaints, we rarely contacted them, which means that the rest was excellent. We had fun mostly on our own, after dinner we went for a walk in the city, shopping and liked the embankment, it's very beautiful there. From the trips we chose Luxor, a wonderful historical place and a Super Utopia, where we were fed delicious seafood for lunch. Tours were taken from Mido Bikham via Facebook, so much cheaper than from a hotel guide. Also, if you are interested in original Egyptian oils, then I advise you to find the eliteargan Instagram page, where there is all the description and a large selection, there is also a delivery service to the hotel and the prices are pleasant. The hotel turned out to be quite nice, the rest was very fast and we liked everything, as for a budget holiday, it is a very good option.
Everything is fine.If it wasn't for the shark. The whole vacation is wasted, I'm very sorry for our guy.So there is zero security on the beach, there are no shark barriers.
Hello Everyone, I arrived from there 4 days ago, here's what I'll tell you:
1. You will be settled in a nice, cozy room, BUT it will be above the bar where the music is playing, so you need to give at least 10 bucks to the reception to be relocated
2. the food is delicious and varied for the first 3 to 5 days, then it gets so boring that you don't want anything except coffee and croissants, the juice is diluted (not tasty)
3. the room and the hotel are always clean
4. on the beach, behind the bar, there are bartenders and pour alcohol, as if they treat you from their pocket (even though it's all paid for) for the bar to distribute alcohol, it seems to me that you need to put stress-resistant ones, because visitors like to relax with alcohol turned on)
5. for shopping you need to walk 7 km. , back we usually went for a walk taxi 2 bucks , bargain boldly on the market, break prices 2 times
6. Wi-Fi up to 4* of the hotel can be said to be absent, catches only at the reception and constantly throws out to upload one photo to a social network, you will have to sit at the reception for 10 minutes
7. the girl's guides are normal, they will explain everything and prompt you at any time
8. no entertainment in the evening AT all, very boring in the evening, at the Dolphin bar (at the hotel) they are trying to diversify something, but it is so boring, you have to entertain yourself, go to the city, etc
. 9. the beach is cool (but small) there is always a place on the pier on a chaise longue
10. everyone speaks Russian well and of course understands
11. taxis honk around the city without stopping, it strains the kick-ass how, CAREFULLY cross (cross) the road, they do not stop, a woman was hit in front of us
-The hotel draws a maximum of 3 stars, not 4
- the territory of the hotel is not just small, but microscopic
-room cleaning is daily, but since only men work, they probably don't understand what cleanliness is. but $1 does wonders.
-the food does not correspond to a 4* hotel, the same thing, the sea is nearby, and fish was offered in such a way that it is impossible to eat, pastries are mainly made of puff pastry, there are very few fruits. They just transfer products, they could hire a cook from Ukraine, he would cook delicious from what he has.
- there is no goodwill from the staff, as if an uninvited guest has arrived.
- there is dirt on the streets, no one cleans up the garbage
- there are no traffic rules, you have to be very careful, they constantly honk and offer taxis.
- the beach bar is disgusting, as if there is a limit on everything, although they try not to mess with drunks, and pour
-only the sea itself is good and the approach is sandy, there are no reefs, a lot of fish swim right off the shore
Shark attack on a Russian tourist. Unfortunately, with a fatal outcome. It is a deep water area and recently a yacht sank there. So the sharks went wild.
The staff is impolite, with rare exceptions. Few people know Russian, although the majority of vacationers are from Russia. The rooms are rarely cleaned, it is dusty. Well, so-so.
We rested from November 28 to December 8, 2021.The hotel is super, we did not find the disadvantages if you look for them, you can find them in 5 stars. We were going to the sea.The beach is super, we didn't go hungry, there was enough of everything.the main thing is a good mood.Special thanks to Mahmoud, he offers excursions on the beach. Thanks, everything is super organized.
And I won't go for free anymore. The outskirts of the city, the devastation, the barking of dogs at night, terribly annoying Arabs (you can't walk 10 meters calmly, everyone is trying to sell something). At the reception, my uncle begged for money for a "nice room." As a result, the view from the window is like this (in the photo). Animation is boring, boring. Of the advantages, except that the sea and good food. The room cleaner is still good, for a dollar a day he made beauty out of towels.
A good plus in this hotel is the beach, you can always find a place on the beach, mins is a very small beach,
For those who swim, of course, this is not a problem, there is a place to swim)
But for children, and for adults who have very little space near the shore... and there are fish biting at the legs, wounds do not heal for a long time...
