Positive. The best design, clean, beautiful, view of Ararat.
Minuses. There is no buffet, breakfast is simple and there are only 2 options to choose from. The location is remote from the center and the metro, accessible on foot via a bridge or by bus. There are no heating elements (batteries) in the rooms - dry clothes in the room only with the window open.

We stayed at the hotel from 08/19/2023 to 08/27/2023. Check-in immediately upon arrival. Beautiful and stylish design of the room and public areas. The room has everything you need. The hotel has a great atmosphere and a cozy interior. The staff is wonderful

We stayed at the hotel from 05/14/2023 to 05/21/2023. They were settled immediately after arrival. Beautiful and stylish design of the room and public areas. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay (slippers, a set of disposable cosmetics, towels, TV, hairdryer, refrigerator with mini bar). The hotel has a great atmosphere and a cozy interior. The staff is very friendly and attentive, quickly responds to any requests and wishes. The food is of high quality and varied. We stayed at this hotel from 25.07 to 31.07 in a room with a mountain view. The hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly and will always respond to requests. It is very convenient that you can book a room and pay upon arrival.

We took a room with a sauna. The price is 25,000 AMD/hour
The repair is new but stupid. Someone managed to put the most slippery tile in wet places. As a result, three guests fell, one hit his head hard.
The water barely flows from the shower, there is no pressure. I forgot my shorts there, they were thrown away.
I highly recommend it. Be careful
