I expected that the doctors here are more friendly, but the doctor Mikhaseva turned out to be even worse than the doctor from the state polyclinic. Most dissatisfied with everything in the world, she was silent all the ultrasound, answered my questions very monosyllabically and reluctantly, to the question "how does the fetus feel in such heat (it was + 35)" she replied "you ask such strange questions.".. In general, there is no desire to come anymore, I do not understand the rave reviews, maybe it's just an advertisement.

I will replenish a small circle of people who are dissatisfied with the work of this medical center, I will immediately make a reservation that there are no complaints specifically to the doctor I went to, we will talk about the organization of the work of this clinic. On March 9, 2024, I was made an appointment at which I was examined and tested (standard smears), at the examination it was announced that there might be inflammation, therefore, I did not expect good smears, which is logical, the doctor warned immediately that if the tests were not very good, they would call me back (there was no doubt, about a year ago it was, if anything, they called back).
A few days later, my tests came to my email, I am not a doctor and could not say that something was wrong with them, but to Google each term and compare it corny with last year's tests, where everything was fine (from 1 of), it did not take much time, I waited for a call (they called back a year ago about the next day after receiving the tests). A week has passed, no call, nothing. I am a suspicious person and I understand that the tests are not OK, even though I am not a doctor, I decided to make an appointment myself, wrote to Viber on 16.03, to which I received an answer that my doctor was on vacation until the end of the month (that is, March), and that an appointment with her would be made on 20.03.
And here is 1 question, why, when one of the doctors goes on vacation, the tests of his patients, which were taken literally a couple of days before the vacation, no one looks at why this organizational moment is missing at all, and if something serious where you can not waste time, it's OK in your opinion, this is one of the "the best" medical centers in Gomel? The girls, the women who come to you, want to get help, but in the end?
I think okay, the doctor is also a person, rest is important, not a problem, I ask the windows to another specialist, they offer unsuitable ones and wait at least 5-7 days, for an adequate person such an expectation with bad tests is not the norm, especially since I tried to sign up only for a consultation without an examination, and the nearest one after 5 days, which was also starting to anger. How long did you have to wait? Maybe another 5 years?
And the bottom line is that the tests were not reviewed, and for some reason there is confidence that seeing my tests in front of my eyes, I would have been offered a window earlier)
I was not satisfied with this, and I decided to look for another doctor not from this clinic at all, and later in April to come to my own. Actually, that's what I did, another doctor confirmed that the tests were not very good. And here it turns out that I spent only time waiting for a call from this medical center, very nice of you.
If you have taken it upon yourself to call back in case of bad tests, so follow it regardless of whether the doctor who took the tests is on vacation or somewhere else, but apparently it's easier to score and wait until the doctor himself returns and looks (spoiler, it was like that in a month, well, at least not in a year and that's good).
Since it was announced that the appointment with my doctor would begin on 20.03, on 21.03 I wrote to Viber again that I needed to have an appointment with an examination on April 1-2, to which they replied that the nearest appointment was 06.03, I realized that it was 06.04, but decided to clarify anyway, 06.03? You never know if you made a mistake when writing, to which my message was ignored))
The question is, why do you have networks a la Viber, Tg and the like? What would it be or maybe for the record? I think that for the record, since it is convenient for everyone to record in their own way, then what is ignored there? I don't want to hear about the human factor, if the administrator can't handle calls and chats, should I leave something for the record? That is, I'm trying to sign up for a fig, understand what time, they ignore me, so they also offer to record almost in 2 weeks again?! If I hadn't gone to another doctor, I had to go with inflammation for a month, and then they would have told me oh, do you already have something chronic here?!
This is a medical center, which is not the cheapest, but as a result, the queue is like a regular clinic.
They ignored it, okay, it's not in my interest to continue writing, there was already no opinion about the center.
But the most interesting thing is, my doctor returned from vacation, they called me back on 06.04 in the morning, I didn't pick up the phone because I didn't hear it, they called me back at lunch the same day, I picked it up, and guess what they told me? Your tests here are not very good. Yes?? Seriously? And I thought everything was fine, since there was no call)
So it's still okay, they told me that I can make an appointment with them, or come for tests and go to a women's clinic at my place of residence.
This is purely a laugh, that is, having come to you, having paid a lot of money in comparison with other centers, having paid for tests, I am waiting for a month for a call and I am offered to go to a regular residential complex? 🤦
Excuse me, but if the doctor got sick after a month off, would you call back in 2 hours and also suggest going to the LCD?
If I wanted to go to the residential complex, I would go there bypassing your center and not waste my nerves, but alas, no one warned me that there is such a jamb in the organization of work.
I hope that my story will be indicative for girls and women, I want to warn you that if you take tests at this center, you will independently clarify whether your doctor is going on vacation or somewhere else, because if you have bad tests, no one will look at them until your doctor returns, even if He will be gone for 3 months.
This review was written a month later, because it was necessary to make sure that something was really wrong with the analyzes and that my review and assessment of the center were objective, the fact of the "jamb" of your center was confirmed by your call and voicing that the analyzes were not good, 04/06/24.

Довели до слез беременную в 3м триместре.
Приехали в центр, столкнулись с тем, что подъем осуществляется по лестнице. Беременная физически подняться не может. Хорошо, подумали, может, лифт есть. Вышли, осмотрелись, да, действительно, есть лифт. Он обозначен как лифт этого мед центра. О, думали, подъедем. Зашли, а он не работает. Крутились, вертелись, лифт не заработал. На кнопку вызова диспетчера никто не отреагировал. Позвонили в сам центр, спросили как подняться, мол, положение такое, по лестнице никак. В ответ «По лестнице или на лифте». «Так лифт не работает». «Тогда по лестнице». В итоге, вышла сотрудница центра, попыталась с лифтом что-то сделать, но ничего не вышло. Никакого дежурного лифтера не дождались. Получается, если бы инвалид на коляске был бы уже в центре, то спускаться ему на коляске с таким лифтом пришлось бы по лестнице. В итоге центр развел руки, даже простого «извините» не было. Мы развернулись и ушли. Этот осмотр очень ждали неделю, но ничего не вышло тупо по причине невозможности добраться до центра.

Здравствуйте) сегодня была на приёме у врача Кустовой Юлии Геннадьевны! Более тактичного и приятного доктора я ещё не встречала) абсолютно безболезненный осмотр) никакой спешки) всё чётко и по делу) ответила на все интересующие вопросы) однозначно теперь буду ходить только к ней)
В целом в клинике была впервые и это то место куда хочется вернуться) никаких очередей) чистенько) на ресепшене приятнейшая девушка, всё, что нужно объяснила) не могу не заметить и младший медперсонал (санитарочек)-приветливые, опрятные) за чистотой следят очень хорошо) для меня это клиника номер 1 в Гомеле! Спасибо Вам большое)

Сегодня попала в ELICATO на УЗИ к доктору С.В.Михасёвой.Моим восхищениям не было предела!Квалификация специалистов не вызывает сомнений,вежливый и внимательный персонал.Это самый современный центр в нашем городе:дизайнерский ремонт,самое современное оборудование (аппарат УЗИ даже с функцией подогрева геля,поэтому нет мурашек от нанесения холодного),все расходники и инструменты- одноразовые,современное кресло с подъёмником,а для людей с ограниченными возможностями и мамочек с колясками есть подъёмник прямо с улицы,что исключает необходимость пользования общим лифтом в здании,есть зона для детей и бизиборд.В общем,как сейчас принято говорить,всё для людей.Цены на услуги очень демократичные!
Нашему району уже давно не хватало такого центра. Организаторам и специалистам- спасибо,успехов и процветания!

Хочу выразить свои недовольства . После сдачи анализа у гинеколога , ждала результаты 2 недели , которые должны были появиться на почте . После нескольких звонков в центр , результатов я так и не увидела , сказали приходить на консультацию к врачу … Оплатила анализы , теперь чтобы узнать их , нужно оплатить ещё раз придя к доктору …

Довольно неплохой центр, как мне показалось. Внимательное отношение к клиентам. За день, до процедуры позвонили, напомнили о записи.
Найти его оказалось не проблемой. На каждом шагу вывески с подсказками, куда идти.
Единственный минус - 3 этаж. Лифта я не встречала. Если и есть возможность подняться с колясками, об этом нужно, наверное, заранее узнавать.

Лучший медицинский центр в котором я была. Врачи действительно профессионалы своего дела, в их квалификации нет сомнения. Врачи, при необходимости, назначают только то обследование, которое тебе действительно необходимо, а не для выкачки денег. Теперь я постоянный клиент этого центра.
