About a week later, the master called back and said that the board had been found, but it was in a faulty condition. We need to look further and immediately suggested an option from Aliexpress. But the price is 680p!!! I was not satisfied with this option and I came to pick up the TV. When the TV was taken out, the woman at the checkout immediately started demanding 35p for diagnostics and offered to check it. She connected it to the network and gave me the remote control, saying check it out. I couldn't turn it on from the remote. I found the button on the TV and turned it on. Everything seems to be OK. I couldn't turn it off from the remote either. AS IT TURNED OUT, THEY HAD STOLEN THE BOOTS FROM THE CONSOLE!!! The woman at the checkout made a smart face and said. You gave it to us without batteries. After my outrage. She took the new batteries out of the box. Then I found out. That there is no cable! To which she replied. Look at the acceptance certificate! There's only a TV and a remote control. To which I said that I would look at home. I didn't find anything at home or in the car. I came to them again. The woman began to deny it. We don't need him. We don't have it. Search wherever you want. I said if you don't have one. Let's watch the video recording! She left for 30-40 minutes, came out and silently began to remove the cable from the screw. to the question of what decision you made. The answer killed me - I'll HAVE TO GIVE UP MINE and I didn't even apologize! The story didn't end there! After I brought the TV to another service, I told my story and asked the guys to check it out. what they did with the TV. A couple of hours later, they called back and said they HADN'T DONE ANYTHING with THE TV AT ALL. ALL BOLTS AND CABLES HAVE FACTORY SEALS!!! By the end of the day, I picked up the TV in good condition!!!
Disgusting service!!!!They brought the TV in after the diagnosis, they said the firmware was off, THEY DRAGGED IT FOR a WHOLE MONTH, eventually they ruined the entire board and returned the damaged TV in a DISGUSTING STATE without remorse!!! They said the TV couldn't be fixed, so they turned to another service and repaired it in one day!And the dispatcher behind the phone is lying about all the issues, saying that the TV is under repair, but in fact they are not doing anything!!!!

Why here? - I fell for their promises on the website: Diagnostics for free; Warranty up to 2 years; Prices do not bite; Original spare parts. They promised to do it during the day. What was the result? The repair was done quickly enough - at 9 o'clock in the morning I handed it over, in the evening, at 19 o'clock I received it. But they made me worry, because it was Friday, and I needed a laptop on Saturday. My calls were not answered in the 2nd half of the day (?). And when they called, they said to pay in cash (?). Further, I was surprised that in the end the cost of the work performed turned out to be 4.5 times higher (!!!) than in the price list on their website. For example, for individual operations: replacing a hard disk instead of 62 rubles. it cost me 320 rubles., OS installation instead of 35 rubles. - 100, maintenance (dust cleaning) instead of 17 rubles. - 100 rubles.! I am a pensioner and I do not have extra money, but in this center people shamelessly use not too much technical literacy, especially the older generation... It's embarrassing and disgusting!
The best service center I know. They will always explain everything and tell you how to do it better. They repair everything perfectly. There are no questions. I have been applying for several years. I personally recommend only this center 👌

The worst repair center. I addressed the banal problem of soldering 8 wires, which took people 3 weeks, visited them 3 times after that I called 2 more times. As a result, I came three weeks later with the aim of picking up the order in any form and the administrator tells me to wait a bit, allegedly it is necessary to remove some paste from the board, but in fact they spent 40 minutes soldering these eight wires and took a cosmic cost for it
One diagnosis took 15 days, and not a complete one. The price is too high. If the repair is refused, 3o p. Is not always raised, they forgot to call back once
The feelings of this company are twofold.
For example, free diagnostics. BUT no one says that in case of failure to repair, the diagnosis is 15 rubles.
Free shipping. BUT only if it is not a TV, because the delivery of the TV costs 2 rubles one way. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant. Well, in case of refusal of repair, you will be charged 20 rubles for delivery back. Or pickup.
And you will find out about all this only when the courier arrives with the contract, where everything will be written, because there is not a word about it on the website.
Well, I left the most interesting part for the "final", so to speak. The TV was put in for repair with one problem, but I returned with it (I refused to repair it myself) and two more. As a result, the money and time spent to bring the TV to the trash.
