I asked for help for my Mercedes-Benz W124 in 1987.
The car stood after poor-quality bodywork for about three years. As soon as it was time to take care of Merce, I began to look for a service station where they would not refuse help. I found KLV STO, which has a very good rating and reviews. But since these guys already have an appointment until the end of next month, they recommended their partners "Elementavto" to me, on behalf of whom Andrey called me and POLITELY, CULTURALLY, KINDLY, and most importantly CAREFULLY accepted the order, determined the timing and the preliminary cost.
The car was put to work quickly! We immediately performed a visual inspection and diagnostics of the engine, electrical wiring, suspension, transmission, exhaust and brake systems! We promptly and adequately calculated the cost of work and spare parts!
On the phone, in a calm tone and without fuss, Andrey and Artyom listened to my wishes and went to a meeting on various proposals, while correcting me towards safety. When the question arose about replacing the rear calipers, the guys quickly found me others!
In fact:
- the car was put to work and returned, as promised, on time!
- the price of work and spare parts is adequate!
- we were not afraid to take on a 37-year-old car!
- we dealt with the electrics quickly!
- a muffler was brewed, which I did not expect!

I contacted this car service with a problem in the starter. They were removed and sent for diagnosis, as well as repaired in one day. There are no questions about the repair yet, but it seems to me that it is too expensive to remove and install 80 rubles. I also have a problem with the "frog" (the reversing lights are on in neutral) they offered to fix it, I agreed. As a result: The problem was not fixed and they said that the "frog" itself was broken, although that was not the problem there at all and I talked about it. So they also charged 20 rubles for the diagnosis.

It broke down on the ring road, stalled on the move, bypassed the 3 nearest service stations and, as an evil, either there was no electrician, or the queue next week, no one entered the position. I called the guys from the element and they even helped with the evacuation, after half an hour I was already with them, and by the end of the day they gave me a repaired car, as a result they replaced the fuel pump, which I was incredibly glad about, because tomorrow I need to go on a business trip!
In general, everything is great, well done guys, I recommend it!
