I bought a mouse, came home, unpacked it turned out to have a crack on the button. I returned to the store a few hours after the purchase, I wanted to return it, but the seller refused, citing the possible guilt of the buyer and the need for expertise. The situation escalated into a conflict, and I had to leave a complaint. Unacceptable attitude towards customers and refusal to help, despite the receipt and the product. As a result, I was left without a mouse and without money. The employee's fault is on his face, because the product was not checked by him before sale. When drawing up the act of the request for examination, the employee submitted an act for signature without specifying the goods and cost, it is not clear for what purpose this was done. In general, the impressions were very negative when visiting this store!
