I saw one guy and decided to come up with a request to help test several options. The dialogue was like this:

- They're discharged, but I'm not going to charge them for you right now.
We still go to the speakers department, and on the way I ask how should I choose if I can't listen to what I want to buy..

But in practice, this vacuum cleaner DOES NOT CORRESPOND to REALITY. We contacted the service center with this problem, and they sent it back to us, stating that no defects were found. Now we have to devote more time to solving this problem. I'm not asking for a refund, but I want to at least exchange for a product from another manufacturer and have it be of high quality.
