The service is terrible! I wanted to buy a refrigerator. I tried to find a free seller for a very long time, although there was almost no one else in the store besides me. The screams of the mate were heard very strongly from the office premises of the store. And when the seller came up, it was obvious that he did not want to go. The answer to all questions was "mg, yes, probably." I didn't help with the choice in any way, although this is his job! It is very clear how they are trying to sell goods of only one brand, without offering others at all. After a short conversation, the seller left because the store manager called him. It's just humiliating and unforgivable! The terrible behavior of the sellers and the disgusting attitude of the store manager to the customers!!!
There were good hopes for this store. But after such a service, even if it is the last refrigerator in Belarus, I will never come back here!!!
The store is quite large and filled with goods. Representatives of three banks will promptly give an estimate for the purchase of goods. I bought several frames and liked everything.
Customer service is below the baseboard. If you do not buy expensive household appliances, then they will not suit you, they will not help you decide on a choice. We waited for the consultant for 27 minutes , no one came up, no one responded to the request for help. The products are positioned any way (the product does not match the price tags). Unfortunately, Electrosila has lost its good status in society. I do not recommend this network to anyone.

Despite the fact that in the same building there is a galamart in which the air conditioners work for comfort. Dear administration, stop saving on the health of your potential customers!
