I want to leave a review and thanks for the work, attentiveness and apperativeness to the girls from the Electrosila store in Baranovichi (Svetilovsky shopping center), namely the head, Ekaterina, Marina and Daria.
Thank you so much for helping to resolve the situation with the confused refrigerator components. I did not hope for a positive outcome, because I bought a refrigerator 4 months ago from an exhibition in another city, and now when installing it turned out that the components were mixed up (the built-in refrigerator and the fasteners to the facade arrived the wrong ones). The girls found the store in a day from which the refrigerator was delivered from the exposition and found the components that were mixed up. In a couple of days, they handed over all the details to the store and told me what could be picked up. Now the owner of a full-fledged built-in refrigerator, although at some point, I thought that I would have to buy this set of parts through a service center, and this is 200 rubles and from 75 days delivery.

Dear customers, be careful when buying in installments in this store. 05.12.2023 I ordered a coffee machine through their website in installments, without a down payment and for 18 months. The order was accepted on the website of the Electrosila store and it was written that on 07.12.2023 my order would be in the store. On 07.12.2023, I received a message on my phone about the arrival of the product. On the same day, 07.12.2023, this coffee machine disappears from the store's website. Upon arrival at the store, they take out my ordered coffee machine, but the sales consultant tells me that he will not sell it to me, since there is no installment plan that I have chosen for this product. To the question of how not? The seller called the senior, who told me that today there is no such installment plan and it happens and that the bank is to blame.At the same time, the girl did not show any interest in me as a client, she was not too polite.After driving 70 km for a coffee machine, I got a lot of negative emotions and saw how this ELECTROSILA store values its reputation at the address: Baranovichi, Sovetsky Avenue 35.

После расширения магазина на мой взгляд стало гораздо лучше, по ценам примерно все тоже как как и в "5 элементе", редко там бываю, обычно что то смотрю через сайт данной сети, при покупках там все всегда устраивает, персонал знает свое дело

Цены по сравнению цен по городу приемлемые, но консультанты уж ОЧЕНЬ надоедливы, покупали стиральную машину и нам прям СЛИШКОМ пытались что то впихнуть дополнительно, такое чувство что с меня делали дуру, которая не понимает смысла в дополнительной гарантии почти за 300 рублей, честно было достаточно неприятно с таким консультантом иметь дело
