When the installation of programs and configuration began at home, it turned out that it was an exhibition sample (they did not warn about this!) and it has a program installed that blocks all changes to the settings. It is impossible to delete it yourself, there are no rights. We called the store and told them about the problem. We were offered to come to them and a technical specialist will try to fix it on the spot, and if it doesn't work out, they will refund the money, since this tablet is the last one in their store. The refund specialist has been working since 11 (attention! There was not a word about lunch!). Have arrived... And the specialist who makes a refund at lunch! Well, how is it? Was it really difficult to voice it? And the technical specialist could not solve the problem, and even snapped disdainfully: "because you had to buy a normal tablet!" By the way, this is far from the cheapest tablet, it was just on the stock.
To our request to bring a tablet from their other stores (after all, their joint is in the end!) they replied: "no, we do not have such a service, go yourself"

1) Poor organization of work, unqualified and poorly motivated staff. Low customer orientation. I ordered it on December 25, in the morning through the shopping cart on the Electrosila website. The website says: that the order through the shopping cart is not a reserve product, wait for a call or a confirmation SMS. I asked questions in the comments to the order. There is still no call or text message. Immediately after the order, only an automatic SMS with the order number arrived. And that's it. Because for the whole day I did not wait for feedback from the store, I wrote on the social network of Electrosila. And it began. Why is there no reaction from the store to my order through the shopping cart and what about my order, the manager could not / did not want to say anything. He asked if it was possible to book for Monday, December 28, and replied that the goods were in stock and could be booked for 3 days. After 6 minutes, however, she said that the goods were not in stock, so the reservation was only for today (at 17.16, the store is open until 19.00). I note that the day before I communicated on social networks with the manager of Electrosila (I don't know with the same or not) and I was told that the reservation was two days and the store was open from December 25-27 from 10-21. In fact, the reservation is one day and the store is open from December 25 from 10-19 o'clock. The store's employees are poorly versed in what is happening in their store. I found this information on the store's website, but the employees don't know about it. The manager advised me to order tomorrow and by phone so that the order would be processed faster. And so he did. And here's the second part of the case.
2) Mislead customers. The marketers of Electrosila decided to cheat. The fact is that Sony has released these gamepads in 2 blue colors, brighter (blue wave) and darker (blue night). Because the brighter one looks more presentable, the marketers of Electrosila posted a photo of the gamepad of this color on the site. In fact, they sell gamepads with a dark blue layout. Which was handed to me when I arrived for the order. Naturally, he refused, because he ordered a gamepad of a different color, the color, the photo of which is on the Electrosila website (I note that Electrosila does not sell gamepads of dark blue colors on the website).
3) All in total:. I arrived and decided to check with the manager. Did you make a mistake with the photo on the website or did you bring me the wrong one? In social networks it says "I will respond within 5 minutes." In fact, the answering machine responds within 5 minutes, with the same phrase "order the product through the shopping cart and we will contact you"), the manager responds on average once every 30-45 minutes. Even though I immediately explained to mepegger about the two blue colors, we spent two hours figuring out which of the two blue colors the electric saw sells. After I explained the situation that I ordered light blue colors as in the photo on the electrosila website, and they gave me dark blue in the store (I also went to the sellers in the hall and asked if they had these gamepads in light blue (blue wave) colors, they said they didn't) The manager said that only blue ones are sold in their store, dark blue ones are only sold in stores of other companies. I explained the whole situation in detail again (two blue colors, in the electric power store they gave a dark blue one, on the box it says which of the blue colors and it said "dark blue"). To which I received a response from the manager in the spirit, "you're a fool yourself, so what about the photo on the website of light blue (blue wave), and in the store they give dark blue (blue night), everyone has an individual perception of color, go fuck yourself." But I'm sorry, even the manufacturing company itself divided these gamepads by colors, if it is directly written on the box exactly which colors a particular gamepad is, even if you can see a huge difference in color from the photo (one bright, light blue and its photo on the electrosila website, the other dark, dark blue, faded colors), what kind of individual perception of color are we talking about? Anyone can tell that these are completely different colors. After I told the manager that if they have this gamepad in a light blue color (blue wave), then I'm ready to buy it. To which the manager replied that they only have dark blue colors, although two hours ago at the beginning of the conversation she said that they only have blue, and dark blue only in stores of other companies. The staff poorly understands what is happening in their stores, warehouses, poorly navigates the assortment, does not talk very correctly with customers the information on the site is incorrect, most likely intentionally incorrect in marketing purposes, which is why the buyer spends a lot of time in vain and remaining without buying.
