I visited the Electrosila home appliance store, and unfortunately my experience wasn't very positive. I came to the store with a specific goal — to choose a new fan, and, taking the opportunity, I decided to seek help from a consultant.
At first, I noticed a fairly wide range of products, which could not but please. The variety of brands and models just suited my needs. Unfortunately, however, maintenance problems soon began. I approached one of the consultants and asked him to help me choose the right model. The consultant agreed and walked away. I waited for him for about 15 minutes, which, in my opinion, was too long.
Unfortunately, during this period, I saw how several models that I was interested in, which I had already noticed, were sold to other buyers. When the consultant finally returned, he informed me that the desired models were no longer available and suggested that we consider alternative options. However, this was no longer what I was looking for.
In addition, I noticed that the level of professionalism of some employees left much to be desired, as not everyone was able to answer our questions about the characteristics and features of the models. As a result, I was forced to leave the store without buying, which was very frustrating, as I expected much more comfortable and prompt service.
In general, the Electrosila store has a good assortment, but working with customers requires significant improvement. I hope that in the future, employees will be more attentive to their customers and respond faster to their requests, as this could significantly increase the level of service and, consequently, the number of satisfied customers.

The review is minus 100%. I bought a kettle. A year later, half of the bottom turned black. The teapot is made of glass. I brought it and passed it for examination. The result: boiled empty or bad water. How can I turn on a glass teapot empty? How can there be bad water when it is filtered through a 5-step filter and consumed even without boiling. Conclusion: the Electrosila store is not able to provide warranty conditions. Market. I don't recommend it to anyone. Avoid it.

The hall was empty, there were no customers, they just stupidly sat on their phones....
