Twice I asked for help from different organizations in the first case, diagnostics and repair of Bizerba scales, in the second diagnosis and repair of the DMU60 CNC machine, the scales were sentenced to about 7000 euros, although there was a question in the loop, not even replacement, in the second they are dragging their time. There is no result, then the spare parts are coming, tomorrow they will be on the engineer's mobile phone for weeks they do not answer and do not call back. Moreover, there are very big questions even about the diagnosis of equipment. In short, I do not recommend it, wasted time and wasted money. Have a good time of day!
