I've rented equipment several times. The tool is clean, nice to pick up, and serviceable. They ask you to set the tool in its purest form. The manager is friendly and will advise you on what is best for each task. The manager helped to take out a vibrating plate weighing 90 kg The room is clean, the instrument is neatly in its place. They gave me an extra hour after the end of the rental period to hand over the instrument at no extra charge.

I have rarely met such boors who work in this institution. We took a Shurik, it seemed like everything was done quickly and everything was fine. They said to bring it before three. They arrived at 3:30 p.m., and very rudely began demanding payment for another day (even so, the rude manner of communication among the staff clearly forced them not to do this) The man looked at the teenager with a disapproving look, who came to return the shurik, and said very interestingly, "go with an iPhone, but you can't pay." I wonder why the staff even has the right to speak out like that. When it was me who came to pay, and I clarified how to address him, he replied, "Let's not ask." Employees without badges, why? I'm definitely here because of the staff, I won't come back.

Positive: A friendly consultant. A lot of tools. Reasonable prices. Documents are being issued. Minus: Location. Basement, stairs. I took the compressor twice. It's heavy, it doesn't go up the stairs :) I had to carry it. Count your strength :)
