Pleasant and attentive staff.
I've been to paid offices before, but somehow everything is different here, more friendly, attentive, involved in everything, it's clear that doctors care about you.
Today was the first time at the reception, someone refused, and Elegant Dent dentistry kindly called and offered to take advantage of the free time. I was passing through, I ran in at random the day before, there were no seats, but my phone was recorded. I asked any doctor, but I got to Natalia Sergeevna Kireeva and assistant Alla Andreevna Mozhilovskaya. And I consider this case a great success. I did not think that a doctor could be so attentive, professional, explaining everything in detail and able to work in a team with an assistant at a level where they understand from one word. Everything is kind and at a high level. Treatment options - ask and you will get a detailed and clear layout of what is wrong with the tooth, what prospects, what can be done at the current appointment and what makes sense to plan for the future.
I was pleased with the high-quality result of professional work, modern equipment, various tools that I had not previously seen from other doctors in paid offices, ... they put different fillings on me, but here - really "Elegant Dent". I like the attentive attitude towards patients, the general positive attitude and a detailed description of what and how, in a way that is understandable to the ignorant. Assistant Alla Andreevna was also on top, she escorted me to the office, mentioned all the thresholds, when going to the radiologist she monitored whether anesthesia had affected me, in general, patient monitoring was continuous and constant, and it was not that I would not get lost in the corridors or pass out, but that to make me feel comfortable, comfortable, and in general I wanted to come back here again. I believe that I did not stand out among other visitors, did not create the appearance of some kind of VIP person, and if this is the attitude towards everyone in this dentistry, then I strongly respect the staff, management and the entire organization as a whole. In general, if I need to take my children to the dentist, then I know where and to whom :)

I've been treating my teeth here for the last 20 years. They always do it with high quality, they never had to contact us under warranty. I haven't gotten to prosthetics yet - there's no need, but I already have one crown. It stands like a family.
