All the adjacent places were occupied by cars with internal combustion engines. In general, it would be nice if there were markings on the road surface indicating a place for charging: I had to argue with the drivers of parked cars - no one wanted to free up space. But the charging location itself is very convenient - if you are not in Grodno for a long time, then while the car is charging, you can walk and see all the most important sights!
