This is not a repair of LG household appliances, but just a service for replacing large (basic) spare parts of LG appliances for a large sum!!! I took them an LG compressor vacuum cleaner, it's only 2 years old, and it's already started making noise. It says that the warranty is 10 years for the compressor. And in this center they said that the warranty does not apply to the compressor itself, but only to small parts, and that my compressor itself burned out (although it works, only the sound is noisy). They said replacing the engine would cost 950 thousand, despite the fact that a new such vacuum cleaner costs 2.2 million (Almost half the price). They refused to replace small parts. As a result, I took it to a private workshop, it turned out that the bearing on the anchor crumbled, and they replaced it for me for only 50 thousand soums!!! Draw your own conclusions 🤷♂️
