I contacted the hotline in El Dorado to buy a refrigerator similar to the previous one bought there, but with a more budget model.
At first they refused me, they said - name the characteristics, apparently the consultants do not have access to the characteristics of the refrigerator in the order, although they see the refrigerator model and can look at everything.
I realized that I would not be helped on my own, as it is supposed to be, and to clarify from me what the consultant needs to answer my request - and named 3-4 main characteristics, asked to name alternative models: the consultant did not ask the purpose of the purchase, just typed these characteristics on the site and began to list brands (!not models), and some brands are more premium, while I asked for a budget model. Moreover, the brands were named in a row, quickly - about the second or third decade, I stopped the consultant with the question - why do I need dozens of brands - apparently so that I would remember and understand once again that Eldorado has a large selection…
I asked the consultant to pay attention to my initial request so that the product was more budget-friendly than the one already purchased, I also asked that it be available for delivery like the previous one (it's strange that this should be said) and here I, as potentially all those who applied, can be called a moody child…

P.S. I also contacted them to clarify which address was given to the courier for the delivery of the order (I placed the order, my number in the account and the recipient's contact) - to me (like all those who applied, they will not name the address, this is not according to the regulations - a simple clarification of the address "not according to the regulations"
- I even as the account owner - there is no physical opportunity to see the detailed address that I indicated in the order, there are several villages with the same name in my region and it is important which area is recorded by the courier, but the MIRACLE area is not displayed in the LC…
- I work in the IT field, adding 10-15 characters to the address display is a matter of 5 minutes for the developer and another 30 minutes for making changes on the site, but they do not do this - so that it is more difficult for us as users to live, I have no other explanation
- on the other hand, the account owner has more power over the order - it can be canceled, and the address can be viewed - figs to you
- I submitted an appeal to this effect, they called me back and 100,500 times they repeated the memorized text like a parrot to various questions - this is not according to the regulations, this is the order, everything is correct, etc.

- the service and the regulations contradict each other and sound logic and the level of service, I allow you to cancel the order, but not to see the full address of the specified delivery (see Karl!)
- You as the one who placed the order from the moment of order confirmation - no one else, only the one who makes another logically incorrect decision fixed in the company's regulations is important

2. Will I recommend a chain of stores - (-1000 out of 10) on the contrary, I will recommend NOT to contact here so that my friends' psyche remains in order and they get the minimum level of adequate service they want
P.S. Thank God the company only resells goods and you can find alternative suppliers
It was a good store. For me, it's the best in Vitebsk. The prices were the most profitable. But the 5th element did not survive in competition with the monopolist
