We rested from 08/02/2021 to 08/12/2021. The stated 4 stars do not match at all. For the first time, we were happy to leave our vacation. A rude girl at the reception, unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she's alone there, the rest of the guys. Paid Wi-Fi, which is deceived by the fact that you cannot distribute it over the phone. The food is very often stale, with only watermelon and apples from fruits. Although there is a very large selection of fruits in nearby armas and people do not stand in line, but just come up and pick up plates themselves. Flies run the restaurant to the fullest, there are a lot of them there. The constant stench of sewage on the hotel grounds. For moving in, they require from 10 to 15 dollars, with only cash. The animation is very weak.

The hotel is super, convenient location to the sea, 3-5 minutes.The food is good, the fish is turkey every day! The staff is relatively polite. 50/50 A company of 7 people came, two girls were not even escorted to the room.The guy from the reception found out that they did not want to pay extra for the room and decided not to bother, said you press the floor yourself and get to the room!

The constant smell of sewage, no wonder, because there are sewage treatment plants behind the fence. It smells even in the dining room, the balcony door cannot be opened -a suffocating stench in the room. The territory of the hotel is small and music is constantly booming from morning to 00-30, from which neither windows nor doors save. There is no animation, nothing interesting. The food is disgusting, the assortment is worthless, in September, only watermelons and unripe apples. On the beach, the bar is open until 16-00, there is nowhere to take water after-a 7-minute walk to the hotel. The sea is often dirty due to sewage treatment plants. We do not recommend coming here, it is better to stay at home!!!

Russians are not liked in it and they pump out money for services as much as possible. We visited in 2018, the hotel is not bad, but there are shortcomings.we went on the recommendation of friends.air conditioning does not work anywhere except in the rooms.food : there was no meat for 2 weeks more than once, fish and chicken, fish is not salted, overcooked, 3 grade, I don't know who likes it, there was practically no fruit. The staff is responsive, there are no problems with this. The room is clean.The pool is excellent, cleaned every evening.in principle, I would have liked it if not for the kitchen and air conditioning, the hotel itself is small, comfortable, quiet.but we are unlikely to go again.

This is a great hotel! The first days were sooo happy. The food is OK, the beach is normal. Then they began to notice flaws: noise!
1. Music bombs in the windows of the clock until 23:30...it really prevents you from falling asleep.many with children
2. Water treatment systems are noisy near the hotel. Although you can sometimes go into their territory and run after rabbits, chickens, roosters, see how persimmons, oranges, pomegranates, bananas, etc. grow ..
3. For some reason the pool is noisy too - standing water, does not flow anywhere much..and the sound from the room with the window open, as if you live near a waterfall ..
In general, the hotel is a well-deserved 4.

To begin with, I will say that for the first time we went to the same hotel again. Yes, we were in Eldar last year. On the one hand, we compared last year and this one, and on the other hand, our feelings from the second visit.
1. In comparison with 2017, the hotel has not become worse, that's for sure. Most of the staff has changed, but not all. And those few 'old men' recognized us, and we recognized them. It was very nice to see each other again, to communicate as with old acquaintances.
We arrived at 9 a.m., went for breakfast, then changed into a spa and went to the sea before lunch. At about 12 o'clock we were given the keys to the room. The room is on the 2nd floor, on the quiet side. Everything works in the room: air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, refrigerator.
They bought a peeling and massage at the spa. I liked the procedure. The proposed massage course was refused.
From the unpleasant: we couldn't get beach towels for 2 days. They were always running out.
Food. We had enough of everything, we always found something to suit our taste. It is more difficult to feed a child, but it is also quite realistic. Our family eats porridge in the morning (oatmeal, semolina), boiled egg, bread and butter. We take breakfast cereals and cookies with us for an afternoon snack + yogurt. At lunch, the child eats soups, chicken, and turkey.
Minus: a small selection of fruits and the absence of watermelon.
Animation. We did not go to the kids' club because of the inconvenient time: in the morning we are at sea, and after lunch the child sleeps. We went to mini-discos and evening cartoons. Adult animation: water aerobics, darts, water polo, step aerobics. Evening shows, as everywhere else: contests, Soviet wedding, karaoke, etc.
Beach. You can always find a free chaise longue. The sea is clean, the beach employee is constantly cleaning. The tortillas are baked, delicious.
There was no smell from the KNS. We went to their territory to watch rabbits. There are about 20 of them + a rooster, chickens. The child is delighted.

We were with a large company from September 18-28: 5 adults and 2 children 3-4 years old. Of us, 7 people with poisoning, children and three adults fell ill, severe abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, children have a high temperature of 39, everything went away in two days, but the hotel and the guide did not react in any way, they disinfected the toilet once. Then it turned out that not only we have such problems, but also a good half of the hotel, mostly children. As the locals said, there is bad water in this area, they make food on it, that's why everyone stinks. The food really leaves much to be desired, everything is very monotonous. The child had nothing to feed, especially after poisoning, a diet was needed, but there was nothing to eat, at least chicken broth with an egg was made... porridges for breakfast "dear mother ..." why make three not tasty porridges, cereals steamed with milk, these are not porridges, it is not possible to eat them... We would have made at least one normal one for children. Kondey barely works, dirt flies out of him. There is mold in the shower, the shower holder is broken. The stench from the sewage treatment plant is constant. The staff at the hammam is very nasty and annoying. There are advantages: clean and warm sea, beach, pool, cleaned every day, changed towels, mountain view from the window, children's animation, hello to Hannah and Ksusha!

I'm lowering the star only for the poor numbers. They cleaned only when they could catch the maid. I liked everything else, especially the atmosphere. Both the staff and the campers were very friendly. The food is simple, but everything is fresh and of high quality. We had a family vacation in early June. I really liked it.

To be honest, my family had only positive impressions of the hotel and its staff. Everything has been done to ensure that visitors come back for good impressions and mood.
My wife was worried about the children so that, as in the reviews of other hotels, there was no food poisoning from food, but as it turned out in practice, for 11 days of rest there was not a single hint of stomach cramps, as our observations showed, all food is fresh and leftovers do not go into processing, but are thrown out, even fruits left untouched on the tables. The staff at the restaurant is just super, they clean the tables on time, the tablecloths are immediately changed, all the crumbs that fell on the floor are immediately cleaned by the staff. And in general, we have never seen a negative attitude from the staff of the entire hotel during our vacation.
There are small pebbles on the beach of the hotel, which I think is even better than sand, since with waves the sand rises from the bottom and the water becomes cloudy, and in cases with pebbles whose fractions are slightly larger than sand, the water remains clean, by the way, the water here is the purest.
Definitely, my family and I decided to return to this hotel on our next vacation. ELDAR rules)))
