The hotel is located on the territory of the former sanatorium of the Ministry of Defense, now almost all other buildings have been united and are known as the Country of the Soul Hotel (where vacationers live on an all-inclusive system).
This is where my assessment comes from.At a cost of living more than the neighbors (all in the same territory), who have a three-time buffet,
intermediate meals, alcohol, beach services and animation.
A huge plus for the hotel owner Elbrus for his hospitality (excellent wine), but as happened in our trade, it will be difficult for him to resist and compete with a huge hotel nearby.

A great hotel. I was looking for a place in this location. I contacted the hostess, a very nice woman👍gave us a discount on 1 room because only my aunt lived there, alone, my husband and I in another room. I paid for the reservation for 1 day. (I was honestly worried, I booked through this site for the first time) but everything turned out well. The sea is just around the corner, literally 10 steps away. On the other side there are shops, cafes, apaches. If we get together again, then only here.
