We stayed at this hotel . They settled in a terrible room with wallpaper that extends from the walls and with huge stains of unknown things on the walls. I wrote to the administrator, through booking (I booked through him), after a few hours there is a knock on the door, the administrator bursts in in anger, begins to communicate in a raised tone, "WHERE ARE THE SPOTS??? ARE THEY BOTHERING YOU??? PROBLEMS? LET'S GET THE MONEY BACK AND YOU'LL FIND ANOTHER HOTEL! COME ON, COME ON!!!
For a minute, 10 p.m. Instead of apologizing at least and offering another room as a maximum....he starts screaming in anger and offers to move out literally at night . Is this normal? Is this how you treat your clients? I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. For 3 stars, as they stated, it does not pull .... Maybe 1 star! The photo on their website is probably 10 years old! Just some kind of deception
To top it all off, the hotel canceled my reservation at the booking, allegedly they could not count my bank card. Although I paid in cash upon check-in. Apparently on purpose, so that I could not leave a review at the booking. IT'S A SHAME!
