Let's start from the beginning, I was late for a couple of minutes, the receptionist called asking where I was, apologized and said I got a little lost and was already approaching. I enter - we issue the documents and then it turns out that the doctor is still busy, waiting for 20 minutes, no one apologized and did not voice anything at all. Well, it happens. According to the diagnosis, the most interesting thing is here. What should be:
How is the procedure going?
Before starting the diagnosis, the specialist removes decorative cosmetics so that the data is as accurate as possible
The patient is photographed in 4 spectra
After processing the data, the specialist explains in detail the information received and selects the optimal program to achieve the desired result.
After the procedure, there are a number of questions, because everything is simply read off from the indicators and no more. The question is if I can't do this, in response, well, it's like this. The constant answer is the most favorite - well, everyone gets older, and it is underlined in every sentence. The question is, why did I come to you? I was thinking about solving issues, not stating what I saw on the monitor.
But the most interesting thing is when they are immersed in the skin and the indicator is given by oily skin, there is a shock because this is the main problem that it is dry. The doctor answers - maybe a cream on the face, I suggested let's wash up, in response - the cash register is closing and so on. That's the end of any recommendations, they sent me the information by email, sort it out. I opened it and was shocked, there was not enough moisture for the condition, but in the end, the skin was oily.

Please, if this service works for you, then the person should be trained and be able to answer any questions, and not talk, well, with age. What are the solutions and how to fix it further and, if something is approved, check it accordingly, I do not think that the problem is that the cash register is closing, but the problem is that there is zero confidence in what has been announced.
As a result, it's a pity of time.

I come up and ask when I will be invited to the reception, now it's a couple of minutes, as a result, I still wait 10 minutes.As a result, the doctor invited me with a dissatisfied face, as if I had done something.She was always interrupting at the reception, did not let me say a word, as a result, she prescribed me medicines that do not exist in Belarus at all!The question is, what did I pay the money for, a 10-minute consultation with an arrogant face cost 60 rubles.
I was very disappointed with this medical center.The attitude is terrible, I will not say anything about the consultation at all.
I definitely won't recommend it to my family.
As experience has shown, the fact that a doctor has 15 years of experience does not mean anything, I will prescribe soap for myself.

We were at an appointment with a neurologist with a child, the doctor prescribed vitamins that are discontinued and the second ones that cannot be bought in the Republic of Belarus are sold only in the Russian Federation. I have one question: what are the appointments and what did I pay the money for? I called and asked the doctor to direct the treatment, they promised to call me back for two days they called. Until I dialed myself to hear that the doctor doesn't know anything. Wasted money and time. I will never go to this medical center again and I will not advise you.

I really like this center, I often go there, but today there is an unpleasant aftertaste. I signed up for the heleo procedure, studied the price list for this procedure (the price was for the month of September), perhaps it has already changed, but! Prices indicate the number of minutes under the lamp, in principle, which is what I was counting on (10 min -60 r, 20 min-120 r, etc.). I wanted to start with 10 minutes, try, well, and accordingly I counted on the amount of 60 rubles, well, maybe a little more, if prices have increased since September. In the office, they told me to lie down for 20 minutes better under the lamps, because there is no sense from 10, OK, I agreed), that is, according to the price it is about 120 rubles. As a result, at the checkout they tell me 245 rubles ((( This is the price per hour! The price list did not indicate that the cost of the entire procedure also includes a mask with which you lie for 20 minutes, which means plus some other cost. In general, I did not sign up for this procedure anymore, because I did not understand these prices, the price does not correspond to reality. I was counting on one price, the output is 4 times more expensive💁♀️

My daughter went to the second reception alone.... the appointment took about 15 minutes, the doctor had a dialogue about nothing, and the payment was taken again, as FOR a FULL-FLEDGED appointment. Is it great to make money out of thin air?! At the same time, the doctor recommends that you make an appointment with her for 2 rubles per month, but there is no record for a month in advance. The staff is polite, cultured and friendly. The staff and specialists treat customers very well, unlike polyclinic. The waiting time in this center is completely absent from the word, since we arrived several times in advance (half an hour or more) and were always received by specialists almost immediately, despite the fact that we did not arrive at the time of recording.
