My son has a rather rare disease - pigmented urticaria (mastocytosis), we ourselves are from Brest and here we contacted 5 dermatologists, but not even all of them were able to give us a correct diagnosis, not to mention treatment.... It was decided to go to Minsk for an examination, but the doctor we came to He couldn't help us, according to reviews, they started looking for another dermatologist in Minsk and found E.A. Koneva. Despite the busy schedule, she agreed to help us and accepted us half an hour before the appointment. You can't convey the emotions when my husband, son, and I left her, we finally received adequate treatment! We were not intimidated by the fact that our child was 90% likely to end up in intensive care, and it was clear that she was really worried about him and understood what to do with his illness. I signed up on the recommendation of surgeon E.A. Ginyuk for phototherapy.
When I entered the office, I immediately got the impression that I was interfering with the doctor and he wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. The session lasted less than 7 minutes (taking into account the medical history, the procedure itself, and the conclusion), and at 7 minutes I was already standing in my coat.
Regarding the procedure itself:
Yes, they warned that there would be redness, swelling, etc. But how can I set such a power so that I get a burn in the morning? The redness lasted more than a day from the moment of admission.
The cost of this procedure is 285p (although they said "up to 285p" on the phone), the average price tag in the city is 170-180p. But I'm thinking, "on recommendation, I'm ready to pay."
After a few days, I wrote directly to the clinic, they decided to hush up this issue as soon as possible, here we must pay tribute to the senior administrator, returned the money and offered to visit S.A. Khorova, a dermatologist, on their basis.
This is where the second series of visits to this clinic began. As soon as I crossed the threshold of the dermatologist's office, the words began: "Oh, everything is fine, oh, everything is fine, oh, it's okay, oh, anything happens." At the same time, without looking closely. I remember perfectly well that the hand washes the hand, they will cover each other.
So a month has passed since the reception of S.A. Khorova, but the pigment from the burn remained. Now I doubt the competence of not only S.A. Khorova and E.A. Ginyuk, but also all the doctors of the Elar clinic.
I came to bring the skin of my face to the maximum as much as possible, but they brought it to ugliness.

I enter - we issue the documents and then it turns out that the doctor is still busy, waiting for 20 minutes, no one apologized and did not voice anything at all. Well, it happens. According to the diagnosis, the most interesting thing is here. What should be:
How is the procedure going?
Before starting the diagnosis, the specialist removes decorative cosmetics so that the data is as accurate as possible
The patient is photographed in 4 spectra
After processing the data, the specialist explains in detail the information received and selects the optimal program to achieve the desired result.
After the procedure, there are a number of questions, because everything is simply read off from the indicators and no more. The question is if I can't do this, in response, well, it's like this. The constant answer is the most favorite - well, everyone gets older, and it is underlined in every sentence. The question is, why did I come to you? I was thinking about solving issues, not stating what I saw on the monitor.
But the most interesting thing is when they are immersed in the skin and the indicator is given by oily skin, there is a shock because this is the main problem that it is dry. The doctor answers - maybe a cream on the face, I suggested let's wash up, in response - the cash register is closing and so on. That's the end of any recommendations, they sent me the information by email, sort it out. I opened it and was shocked, there was not enough moisture for the condition, but in the end, the skin was oily.

Please, if this service works for you, then the person should be trained and be able to answer any questions, and not talk, well, with age. What are the solutions and how to fix it further and, if something is approved, check it accordingly, I do not think that the problem is that the cash register is closing, but the problem is that there is zero confidence in what has been announced.
As a result, it's a pity of time.

It was impossible to get through to Elar at the first appointment. Recorded through a third-party website. We called back 2 weeks after the scheduled appointment day! Well, okay, I went to a consultation. Right away, from the lobby: "Undress, there will be an ultrasound." I say that I need a consultation, the doctor listened, said everything-ultrasound and tests are early. Well, okay, I agreed. No one sent the tests to the post office, so I had to go again. I waited half an hour from the appointed time. Treatment and procedures were prescribed. I arrived, 50 minutes of waiting, the 2nd time is 40 minutes from the recording time and no one is calling. The receptionist makes an innocent face when asked what the hell is this. Anyway, I gave up on all this and didn't set foot in this medical center anymore!

But, the gynecologist was disappointed. The waiting time for admission was 20! minutes. It pretty much ruined the mood. After all, I pay money so that I don't have to sit and wait so long. And given my punctuality, I always arrive in advance so as not to delay others and in case of force majeure - the waiting time has increased even more. Plus, the doctor turned out to be very laconic. She didn't explain much.

I took my mother to this center several times to see a cardiologist and a urologist. In total, we visited the center about 10 times. I like everything and everything suits me. The staff is polite, cultured and friendly. The staff and specialists treat customers very well, unlike polyclinic. The waiting time in this center is completely absent from the word, since we arrived several times in advance (half an hour or more) and were always received by specialists almost immediately, despite the fact that we did not arrive at the time of recording.
