The staff deserves special respect

We are staying at this hotel for the 2nd time.
For the first time we spent the night in a junior suite, we did not receive slippers from the reception.
For the second time, we decided not to worry and take a standard room.
Please note that all the corner rooms are very cold.
Considering that the room costs 35,000 tenge.per day, the price does not correspond to the quality at all. You get a feeling of complete devastation. There are stains on the walls, in the cracks.
Fu was terribly squeamish even to go to the toilet. The shower stall is dirty and yellow from raids, the toilet is yellow. The robes are in terrible condition, as if they hadn't even been washed.
The mattress is in terrible condition, the springs are digging into the body.
The breakfasts are sooo meager. When they are serviced, everything cools down until they are delivered.
The sauna door is broken, it won't close
Therefore, you will not get any pleasure from soaring.
Making general conclusions about the condition of the room and the service, the price for survival is critically overestimated.
I won't come here for the 3rd time.
