We wanted to order a small cake to order, the size of a bento, wrote on WhatsApp that we wanted to place an order and described the filling and decoration, replied 2 days later, said that bento-sized cakes are made with only 4 flavors, all berry, but the birthday girl is allergic to berries, which is why they clarified whether it is possible to make the filling that we wanted, but in response we received only that they do not make other fillings on bento (accordingly, I advise you to think about their freshness if they refuse to make other fillings).
We decided that it's okay if they don't make bento, then you can order a cake of 500-700 g, but all cakes to order start from 1.5-2 kg, in the end we refused the order.

Custards generally became like a wet rag. The quality has become worse than before. And finally, a positive one. As for the service, everything is super here, the girls on the issue are very polite, neat, the room looks very stylish, the windows are here at +5.

Симпатичное оформление внутри,я как любитель всего красивого,сразу отметила это,потом мы пол часа вытягивали с продавца инфо о продукции!Продавцы лениво отвечали на наши вопросы(после Москвы,где я живу в настоящее время,мне непривычно,что я пришла в заведение и насильно выпрашиваю инфо о продукции!Вобщем не буду долго описывать ,закупиличь мы для ребёнка и себе к чаю,придя домой были разочарованы,цены не маленькие,а продукция так себе на 3!Синабоны абсолютно не похожи на синабоны(в Москве в обычном супермаркете берём в миллион раз вкуснее)В общем разочаровалась,больше не придём
