A very unusual experience of living in a Nubian village on the island. An authentic hotel with an upstairs terrace overlooking the river and the desert. The amazing manager Ibrahim, who helped with absolutely all the issues, literally took us by the hand everywhere when we needed a transfer or excursions. The island is very quiet, there are no cars, friendly people. Remember, to get to the main city you need to constantly use a boat, it is sometimes inconvenient. This is not a disadvantage of the hotel, but keep this in mind. The shower is on the floor, but there are so many places in Egypt
