As always, I was pleased to visit Tunisia. This time I chose the El Mouradi hotel. The hotel is not bad, but I can not say that it is without drawbacks. The main disadvantage for me was the noisy place in the area of residence. And the beach is near the road. Among the advantages are good food, a saltwater pool and the city of Hammamet itself, clean and tidy. There are many cafes, as is customary in Tunisia. Well, people are friendly.
Good afternoon! We are staying at this hotel for the first time in Tunisia. I think the last one ) . Among the advantages: good location , good pools , food .
A three-star hotel. The hair dryer and TV are not working. ( this is not only with us ) , the hair dryer was bought for 170 dt . There is no refrigerator or safe in the room . The bed linen is dirty and washed . There was one towel for two for 3 days , then they gave me a second one . For 10 days , the linen was not changed , the towels were changed once . There are no beach towels - we bought them ourselves. The hotel is mostly local, very dirty and noisy.
The town of Hammamet is small and calm. We took one of the excursions to Carthage - I liked it , you can go . In general , the country is dirty , there are a lot of beggars .
Plus a lot of sun , sea !
The hotel is large, the lobby is spacious, the room stock is too old. The territory is shared with El Mouradi El Menzah. There are 3 outdoor pools, one of which is with sea water. One is closed in the spa area. Water slides. The hotel has a restaurant serving breakfasts, lunches, dinners and an a la carte restaurant. It's not really an a la carte restaurant. The menu is prepared in advance and there is no choice, but you have dinner at beautifully set tables with candles, beautifully decorated dishes are served. For example, we had soup, meat lasagna, fried meat with vegetables and tiramisu. In the main restaurant, the range of dishes is sufficient not to be hungry: a table with salads and appetizers, a table with side dishes, a table with main dishes, grilled dishes, soups, a table with desserts and a table with fruits. Pizza is prepared for lunch and dinner, pancakes, omelets, scrambled eggs for breakfast. The staff is friendly and constantly busy. The waiters in the main restaurant serve mainly Arabs and those who like (or who tip). The animators try very hard, they don't let you sit for a minute, then aqua aerobics, then exercise, then darts, then zumba, then bossa, then lawn tennis. There is ping pong, air hockey and billiards, but for a fee. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is located near the airport, about 40 minutes away. From the exit of the hotel to the left, a 5-minute walk away, there is an amusement park Carthage Land, a water park there and next to the Medina, where there are numerous cafes, restaurants and a market. There is a promenade across the street from the hotel. There are also shops and various establishments along it, and it ends at the port, where you can also take a walk. The hotel's beach is located across the street, sun beds and mattresses can only be taken by hotel guests, while everyone can be on the beach without exception. For this reason, it is better not to leave valuables unattended on the beach. The entrance to the water is gradual, sandy. If the sea is stormy, then numerous bags and algae are thrown ashore, the staff cleans everything.
Nice hotel. Well-organized meals in a nomadic era. Friendly staff. Very nice view of the sea from the room. The interior of the room is a bit old - greetings from the 90s. And the best part is Wi-Fi, it is free and on the territory of the entire hotel, even on the beach there is and at a decent speed. I recommend the hotel.
A cool hotel, excellent food, 5-person service, active animation, the beach is not always cleaned, often dirt, the guide from biblio globus is friendly, not annoying, helped in everything. The reception is well done, they work for 5.
Excellent hotel (for 2019). It is part of a complex with neighboring hotels with a common area - meals, a swimming pool (several large and one good for children), Wi-Fi, etc. It is a wonderful place for the price and quality. One of the disadvantages is the remoteness from the sea, but 10 minutes on foot or a couple of minutes on a free shuttle.
I had a rest at the hotel in early July.we settled in 319-the room is spacious, comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the courtyard with swimming pools.the view is beautiful, but from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m., music is constantly rumbling.after enduring for 2 days, she asked to change the room.they changed it without additional charges (the hotel is half empty due to the pandemic) to 202. the room was smaller, but with a sea view.there was no hair dryer in the room -I had to contact the reception again:an ancient hair dryer was installed, but it worked properly.the towels are old, they are translucent in places, because the terry cloth is all out.shampoo-foam, soap is always available.towels were changed regularly, but they never bothered to vacuum in 2 weeks. The restaurant is open on schedule.the menu is standard without any special frills:chicken, beef in different types, a couple of times a week fish (tuna or reworked) and shrimp in sauce (overcooked).for lunch and dinner, local beer and wines (white, red, pink), water-cola sprite.the waiters are seasoned and friendly.the beach is across the street.although it is considered a hotel, it is only in the morning.starting from 4 o'clock, it is flooded with local youth, and tourists migrate to the hotel grounds to the pools.the beach is located in the bay, so during a storm all the garbage from the sea accumulates there, of which there is a huge amount.if you walk along the shore to the Safari hotel, the water there is much cleaner even during a storm.blue jellyfish (poisonous) appeared very early this year, and you need to be very careful in the water.the sea is shallow, so swimming in the bathing area is nominal.the reception is staffed by friendly staff, with the exception of a single female in a washed blouse of indeterminate color.she was constantly on the phone, and had to wait until she was free. The hotel is gradually descending to 3 stars due to the old room stock, poor-quality room cleaning and a simplified menu.
Everything is great, but the big minus is the central air conditioning, it was very hot (we rested from June 9 to June 23, 2021), the air conditioners were not turned on at full capacity after June 15, solely to save electricity, that is, they do not feel sorry for tourists suffering from the heat.
we had a rest in 2019. In general, I liked it, rose wine is a separate love)) the beach is across the street, but it didn't bother at all. The food is decent, the rooms only leave much to be desired, there are tattered rugs in the corridors)) But you're not going to Tunisia to stay in a hotel.
Due to the fact that Turkey was closed, we flew to Tunisia. We did not regret it, we really enjoyed the rest, the only thing that is dirty in the rooms, but we decided to look at everything positively. The food is good, lots of fruits. The bottled wine is excellent. The counter is incredibly tasty. There are many pools, the sea is close
The hotel is well located, a beautiful spacious lobby with a large number of chairs and tables, the rooms are spacious, the furniture and plumbing are old, but everything is clean and in working condition, a large outdoor pool, there is also an indoor one, but small. There are water slides, but they did not work. The food is delicious and varied.
They were in 2021. There were few people because of the pandemic measures. They cook beautifully. The pools are clean. There is not enough clothes dryer on the balcony.

We lived on the 3rd floor in one room with two families overlooking the sea. We had enough to eat, the only thing we didn't understand was why they didn't give us towels for 3 days, we bought ourselves, but I went and persistently asked, they brought us only 6 pieces, 4 after a shower and one small towel for two. The towels are all stained. It's not pleasant. The floor was washed dirty. And when we arrived, the bed was dirty, it was immediately obvious that someone was sleeping. So during the two weeks of our vacation, no one changed our bed linen. They pretend that they do not understand and even at the reception. The guide told them in front of us, but alas. I'm not going anymore.
The hotel is very conveniently located: the first coastline, the center of the Hammamet resort area. Nearby there are shops, a market, an amusement park, a water park!
Good service, but monotonous cuisine, so I advise you to take only breakfast-dinner and lunch in the city :)
Everything seems to be fine, but sooooo boring. There are absolutely no animations. And the bar is kind of strange, it is located in the lobby, next to the reception. Some kind of a passageway. Do not sit over a glass of wine, do not relax and it is far from the restaurant. The restaurant doesn't serve wine either.
El Mouradi Hammamet and El Mouradi el Menzah are hotels of the same chain, their architecture is very similar and form a circle inside which there are many pools, they have a common infrastructure.Delicious food.Near the promenade, the Medina, an amusement park with Roller coasters, a Marina, a bunch of shops. The sea is nearby.
We have just returned from this hotel.
What didn't you like:
1. Everywhere there are leaky carpets, burnt curtains and every second towel with stains.
2. The walls, apparently, are made of cardboard, the audibility is sooo good.
3. If your windows face the road, then get ready to hear music until morning.
What did you like:
1. The sea is just a step away from the hotel.
2. There are many shops nearby.
Good time of day.
I was vacationing with my family at this hotel.....
The only positive thing is that the hotel is located in sunny Tunisia. The dominance of wild locals who have no concepts (((( If you want to spoil your opinion of the country, please go to this hotel.
