We stayed at this hotel in August 2019.
Of the advantages:
- Good location. The airport is not too far away and not too close. The sea is across the street from the hotel. Near the hotel there is a national bazaar, a promenade road, various shops, souvenir shops.
- Large pools (one with sea water)
- Relatively diverse delicious food, you will definitely not stay hungry. There is a bar by the pool, where they gave ice cream and pancakes.
- Not a bad beach, no dirt was found.
- Good animation.
Of the disadvantages:
- Poor service. They constantly took towels from the room and forgot to change them. I had to constantly look for a maid and ask for towels.
- Appearance. I liked the architecture of the hotel, but in many places there is a shabbiness, obsolescence.
- Insufficient number of sun beds. To take a sunbed after breakfast, you had to spend a lot of time looking for free ones.
- Problems with the number. Personally, we had a broken bed leg. At the entrance, they found a lot of dirt under the bed, but then it was eliminated.
Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression. The hotel was worth the money. I recommend.
The hotel is not new, but the class of service is not inferior to other new ones. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A big plus, the hotel has a swimming pool with purified seawater, a depth of 1.65 and a distance of 25 meters. There are 3 adult pools and 3 children's pools on the territory. There are water slides.
I liked this hotel! It is clean, spacious, the staff is polite, the food is simply excellent!
I was not with the band, but as an individual. I was given an excellent room, and there was daily cleaning, and there were no questions!
The only thing that always worried me was that somewhere at the reception during the currency exchange, this man was always trying to give me some money. But I looked at him sharply and he quickly gave everything he needed with a dissatisfied look.))
But in general, I repeat, there are no complaints about the hotel. There's even wi-fi!
Hi everybody. I do not recommend this hotel. Despite the cleanliness and pleasant staff, the hotel has no entertainment, especially during the winter. There are no animations, there is no normal bar, there is no place to sit and get some fresh air. There was not a single disco, not a single fun event in 7 days. It's horrible. A small animation in the evening for 30 minutes for children. That's it!!! The food is delicious, but monotonous. I do not advise you to relax in this hotel
Upon arrival, you can deposit 20 bucks, save yourself from bad numbers. The food is delicious and varied. You can not spend a single dinar, but it will be more expensive for yourself. Recommendation-change the currency at the reception for small dinars (2-5 each). If you want a clean room and towels, leave at least 2 dinas for the cleaner. (50 rubles) on the bed. I also recommend leaving 2 dinas to lure the guys on bottling. The elevators are working normally, do not believe the reviews of it is unclear who! The sea is warm, but the weather does not remove the algae applied. Of course, the rooms do not pull for 4 *, for about 3 *. Do not count on the refrigerator, it cools down to about 20 degrees. Everyone has it, at least for 5*.The pools are great! It is better to take a beach towel with you, otherwise you will either buy a local one or rent it from 12-00 in the neighboring el hamamet for 20dine. (You can buy a good one for 30 next to it or for 15 dollars for a miscarriage). Plumbing does not leak, the water pressure is normal. Kondey is working normally. The humidity is very high - I dried my T-shirt with a hair dryer. The pools are super! Breakfast is served from 6 am to 10 am. Lunch from 12:30 to 14, dinner from 18:30 to 21:00 local time. It is better to go to eat at the beginning of + half an hour.Snacks between the pools-pancakes / ice cream from 16 to 17, allegedly pizza - near the center.entrance by the pool. In general, it is normal, but it feels like this is an improved version of Abkhazia.
We were with friends from September 20 to November 1.We have only advantages about this car.The staff is polite and very helpful, cleaning every day, cleaned perfectly.Annimation is just lovely, they didn't let anyone get bored, either in the afternoon or in the evening. The guys tried very hard. The food is excellent, you won't go hungry, but whoever writes that you don't like it here, take 5 and relax there.I would give this hotel 5 stars. We will come here again, we have already paid for the tour and we are already eating for 13 nights, and again in September from the 17th.We are looking forward to this day with joy. Many thanks to all the staff!!!

In principle, the rest turned out to be more or less normal. The hotel is for a maximum of 3 people. I liked the beach and the sea. There is a problem with sun beds, locals also swim nearby. The beach towels took their own. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was made, and the towel was changed upon request. You won't stay hungry, but the food is all monotonous, spicy- for an amateur. The cakes are delicious. The waiters did not have time to clean the tables, the tablecloths were dirty. There were no dirty plates, and we had to look for clean forks. The locals also eat everything here. I went with a child. On the last day, the child was poisoned with something, had a fever and diarrhea. I had all the necessary medicines with me. Tunisia is very dirty itself. It was not possible to breathe the fresh sea air while walking in the evening, as there are horse carts everywhere and there is a persistent nasty smell. The locals resemble gypsies and look the same and try to deceive. The attitude towards Russians is not very good. There are a lot of French vacationers and they behave brazenly. In general, we did not regret that we went from across the sea, but we will not return to this dirty country anymore.

The hotel matches its stars.Delicious and varied food.Large clean pools.Animation in French. The beach is sandy. The Yasmin area is very convenient for walking, near the Marina (a small marina) there are many shops, amusement parks.I liked Tunisia, I traveled half of the country with pleasure.
We stayed at the El Muradi El Menzah Hotel in early August for 15 days - two adults and two children, one of whom is 4 months old. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, on the way from the airport to the hotel, a representative of Biblioglobus said that upon arrival we would be fed breakfast, and checked in after 15 o'clock. As a result, we were not fed either breakfast or lunch, to the question why?- at the reception they put a piece of paper indicating that we can only have dinner on the first day. It is very strange, because this day has been paid for and the last day of departure has also been paid, although we had a flight back at 8 a.m. When we arrived, we asked to give an early room, so a small baby is breastfed and it already needed to be fed, why not breastfeed it in the hotel lobby?. As a result, they gave a room in which the air conditioner did not work, there was no refrigerator, neither the phone nor the TV worked, there was no cot (although it was registered in the room when booking the hotel) the windows overlooked the pool, where music blares all day. They barely asked us to change the room, they gave us a bigger room and everything seemed to work, but there was no refrigerator, they could only bring it from another room with a scandal for only 3 days!!! In the evening, they discovered that the bathtub was leaking and by lunch a huge puddle was forming on the floor, by night cockroaches resorted to this puddle to drink. Our requests to fix the leak in the bathroom were in vain. No one at the reception reacted to this! Everyone said, "everything is OK, they will come to you, but NO ONE came and did anything, only after 10 days! through a representative of the tour operator, I insisted that he explain this problem once again - as a result, from morning to lunch, already furious, we just almost shouted at the reception staff that we would not leave here until the leak of the bathtub was fixed.I wonder who writes positive reviews about the work of the reception staff? All problems are completely ignored!!! We did not expect this for a 4* hotel... Room cleaning would be normal if our room was forgotten to be cleaned twice in 15 days! Moreover, towels are taken from the rooms immediately after breakfast, and they are brought only by 16-00!!! How is that even possible? Or not at all! They called the reception with a request to do the cleaning and bring towels - as a result, only after 3 hours! and our constant calls brought us towels, and not fresh and with dirty stains! In general, the tin is full! There was no such thing in any hotel in any country! The food is generally not very good, the breakfasts are good, but the lunches and dinners are tin-a lot of people, everyone is running, grabbing, almost almost fighting for food, for plates that are never enough! There are no glasses on the tables, there are no servants to interrogate them, there are no napkins, the tablecloths are all dirty!Running around half of lunch or dinner in search of glasses and napkins! The food is mostly VERY spicy, it's hard to find something not spicy, the children's menu is not, apparently designed for Arab vacationers, of whom there are so MANY that tin is a VERY uncultured, loudly screaming nation, plus the French and Italians, also boorish and loudly screaming. Our Russians are the most decent-we can say that for sure! There is no Internet in the hotel! How is it??? You run like a fool, looking for points where at least WiFi reaches. The hotel is big, but it has ONLY 2 elevators! one day one elevator broke down and we had to carry a stroller to the floor for more than a day (at least we had the 1st floor)! Tin! The beach is dirty, no one ever cleans it. The sea is dirty too! I was in Tunisia 6 years ago - the impression was completely different from the sea, from the country...Russian Russian woman had an epileptic seizure on the last day of rest on the beach, I must say right away-the help of the hotel doctor did not arrive immediately, the Russians themselves helped, apparently having a medical education, and the lifeguard and the beach watcher only ran around.(As a result, if we had rested for a week, we probably would have "swallowed" everything, but since we lived there for half a month, we would like a different attitude towards vacationers. Never to this hotel! And we do not recommend it to ANYONE!!!
The 4-star hotel does not pull on its status in any way. The old room stock, plumbing leaks in the rooms, bed linen is just terrible, the refrigerator does not work (we made a request to the reception several times - no reaction), water drips from the air conditioner in the room, there are no beach towels, a dirty beach with broken sun beds. The food in the restaurant is quite monotonous, there are too many spices, the coffee machine barely works, there are often no appliances on the tables, no napkins, salt shakers, etc. One elevator works, the second is constantly under repair. The hotel administration should listen to the guest reviews! Personally, I was at this hotel for the first and last time. I don't recommend it to anyone.
Convenient location. I left the hotel and I'm already on the beach!!! The food is very tasty. There is an amusement park nearby. Everything is within walking distance!!! The rooms are super!! I recommend it!!!
The hotel is slightly damaged. There is only one elevator in the left wing. But the kitchen is very good, for lunch and dinner there are always fish dishes, at least three types of meat dishes. Pastries and sweet dishes are very good.
Dirty beach, no animation, the elevator worked only once, and then every other time. The food is delicious but there are few dishes, the rooms are USSR style.
What surprised me was the TV in the room, the usual cube (CRT) refrigerator is all rotten.
Among the advantages, the safe is free, and the employees have a good attitude.

Change towels more often, the bed linen was already under someone, and we slept for 13 days, a nightmare, towels were changed 2 times in 13 days, they can't wash the floors, I took a mop and soap myself. It doesn't pull at 4 * at all, at most 3*
It is necessary to make a place for washing feet on the beach, the rooms have very old stripped furniture, doors, the hotel needs major repairs, the price-quality ratio does not match
In the bar, they pour milliliters and this is an inclusive drink.
Animators were blown away at the end of the season, apparently.
They don't clean the beach, you can't interrogate the mattress.
A mid-level hotel. It's just Tunisia itself, it's not a great resort. Everywhere they try to deceive, they take them for fools. Not when I'm not going to this country anymore.
