We booked the hotel two months in advance. They warned me that there would be a late check-in. When we arrived, it turned out that our room had already been given away. We checked into the room: It's not cleaned, there are no towels. Since we had one night (and it was already ending), we did not swear, fell down and fell asleep. We have been looking for a hotel for a very long time. The booking indicated a different name for the hotel. There was no hotel at the address indicated at the time of booking. As a result, we were able to find the hotel only by phone number. The plumbing is old, the shower didn't work. They asked us to replace the broken hose, they promised to fix everything and forgot, apparently. There was a strong smell of sewage. And when the air conditioner was working, there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The bed linen is clean. The breakfast is good. You can stay for one night, no more.
