Nice hotel, not very conveniently located to get a taxi. But it more than pays off with the hospitality of the staff. The rooms are nice and cozy. Everything you need is available. The main attraction of Samarkand Registan is a 12-minute walk from the hotel. The room prices are budget, plus the price includes a decent breakfast. If you do not want to overpay, then I recommend this hotel
The rooms are comfortable, comfortable beds, diverse lighting is organized. Conditioner. A table and chairs - you can comfortably enjoy local fruits. The staff is polite and calm. A very atmospheric hotel. The location in the center of the "Jewish quarter" gives you the opportunity to feel the atmosphere of old Samarkand!
Location: 3+. The old town, but there are no cafes or shops directly next to the hotel (there are a couple of almost invisible ones with a minimal assortment.
Staff: 5. No comments.
Rooms: 4-. Everything works, but the plumbing is in a tired state, the bathroom casing is coming off. The window in the room overlooks the gallery of the courtyard.
Breakfast: 3. Sausages, sausage, porridge, pancakes, sausage cheese, sweet pie without filling - all 1 piece / person. And a couple of boiled eggs.
Plus, they were allowed to leave several bags with things for a week, for storage, without payment
Everything is wonderful!!! We REALLY LIKED EVERYTHING! Clean, pleasant, atmospheric, wonderful breakfasts and friendly, attentive staff. It's a 20-minute walk from the center!!!
A wonderful place! The rooms are very cozy, the staff is mega responsive, they also provide the dishes you need, if you bought something from food, they will answer any questions, check in ahead of time, if possible, leave your luggage for storage after check-out. The place is fabulous!
A quiet Samarkand courtyard, cozy, clean, and colorful. The rooms are clean and don't smell. Friendly staff.. The breakfasts are delicious, but if they added milk porridge to the menu, it would be really lovely. Within walking distance of the sights of Samarkand. And the price of accommodation is adequate. I recommend it for living.
Quite a good option for a short stay!
Good breakfast, excellent location, friendly staff, cozy courtyard, fairly good Internet speed. Yes, everything was fine with me, as long as the water pressure was stronger, but otherwise everything was fine!
Very good location of the hotel in old Samarkand. Walking distance to all attractions.
One of the disadvantages is the very high audibility in the room.
In general, it is a good option for a budget stay for a couple of nights. Polite staff, close enough to Registan and Shahi Zinda. Breakfasts are, let's say, edible.
A lot of hair, seeds, ants, woodlice were found on the floor in the room.
The toilet drain did not work - it was repaired in the night after check-in.
The water does not flow from the tap, but splashes, in the friends' room the water went very badly in the sink.
The mirror was broken in the bathroom.
The curtain that covers the door is heavily stained with something brown.
The breakfast area is located in the basement and it is very cold there, because of this, the barely warm food quickly cooled down.
The menu includes an omelette, cheap sausages, cheese, sausage, bread. There is a problem with hot drinking – there is not enough heat for everyone, there is only one kettle, for which you have to fight with other guests.
The audibility is one hundred percent and everything that happens in the yard happens practically in your room.
I hope the review will help the hosts to improve the conditions and prepare future guests.
The linen seems stale, hair was also found in the bed and on the pillows - I had to put T-shirts on the pillows))
The staff is good, the rest (conditions) so-so: breakfast is cold everything! Even what should be hot. The door to the toilet in the family room is glass - it shines right in your face. 2 rooms were changed due to plumbing malfunctions. Everything is dirty and untidy. Bloody hell!!! Slippery mattress- by morning everything is on the floor. The moldings on the ceiling are on old masking tape, there are no plumbing doors - the stench of sewage goes into the room. The location is excellent 👍🏻
I liked the hotel, 7 minutes walk to the central street of Islam Karimov. The room is large and clean. The staff is friendly. Small interruptions with hot water.
1. I booked a room on the hotel's website. The amount for the selected dates was immediately indicated and a confirmation was received by e-mail. The hotel can be said to be colorful. I wanted to live in a place where the yard is surrounded by a house. A pretty well-visited hotel.
2. Before taking payment for accommodation, they gave the opportunity to inspect the room. All amenities in the room, soap, shampoo are offered. Someone wrote in the reviews that the water pressure is small. In the evening, the pressure was sufficient. The room is clean, there are no smells.
3. The location of the hotel is very convenient: both away from the roadway, and the Registan is 700 meters away in a straight line from school 26 on Bukharskaya Street.
4. Breakfast was served personally: fried eggs with sausage or boiled eggs, sausage, porridge (not repeated), dessert.
5. The staff speaks Russian as well.
A great place, located deep in an authentic street. You'll have to walk a little bit with your suitcases. The room is warm (we were in December), TV, excellent breakfasts. Very hospitable hosts, as, indeed, everywhere in the East
Terrible beds that creak, there was no air in the room, one window, the water barely flows. I didn't like everything in Samarkand at all. Terrible city, everyone is staring, clicking in the direction of my girlfriend. The prices are terrible, the service is terrible. It is the second time in my life in Samarkand and the same terrible impression of this city, although the Uzbek himself. We are much better off in Tashkent.
It is located a 10-minute walk from Registan. But there is no taxi, the street is not lit.
The staff is polite, the guys help with everything.
Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The towels are washed, dirty white and gray in color.
Noisily
Advantages: friendly staff, 10-15 minutes walk to the center, reasonable price when booking on the official website, large room
Cons: instead of the buffet breakfast indicated at the time of booking, a set breakfast (meager - not much porridge, scrambled eggs, 1 piece of sausage, cheese, pie, not very bread). A bigger disadvantage is the lack of any hooks in the bathroom, there is nowhere to hang a raw towel either in the bathtub or in the room.
The audibility is good, but it was quiet in the evening, everything was adequate.
I do not recommend it!!!! Taxis don't find this place!!! The room is cold, the air conditioner is not coping well!!!! There is no kettle in the room, a cooler without water, there is a thermopot that works for breakfast from 8 to 10 o'clock!!!! The water in the room sometimes turns off!!! I'm sorry, but this is a nightmare!!!!!
Good staff. That's all.
The price/quality does not match. There is a very strong smell of sewage in the toilet. The shower head is all broken, splashing in different directions. The water is either boiling water or cold. The toilet and the room were poorly cleaned. Upon arrival, the cores of seeds were lying on the carpets. The linen and towels are stained grey, but clean. The breakfasts are monotonous, absolutely tasteless. I understand that this is not five stars, but I would like to get more comfortable conditions and at least cleanliness for my price.
Nice hotel, quite adequate for the price. Clean, wi-fi is working, breakfast is decent, very nice patio. From the "visible" cons: check the presence of a window in the room (not in all), the hotel is located on a narrow street in the old district, a taxi will not come right to the door of the hotel, you will have to walk 100 meters.
The staff is very helpful. Since we arrived earlier, we helped to arrange things in advance. While we were preparing the room, we took a walk. Near Registan 10-15 minutes on foot. The rooms are warm. The family room is very comfortable. The beds are comfortable.
Clean, tidy hotel, worth the money. An understanding administrator, managed to check in earlier with an additional payment. The location, although in the center, but in quiet streets, in the evening it was quite uncomfortable to walk along dark paths. But quiet is important to me. And the triangular bath, for the standard, is generally an exchange with excess by the standards of Uzbekistan. The Internet is sufficient for video communication.
we took three rooms, two were more or less well renovated, one was old with a tiny bathroom (I've never seen such), the pool was not used, the staff was normal
A wonderful family hotel. I had a big room. It was heated because it is very cold at night. The room is clean, linen and towels are of good quality and clean. There are a lot of towels. There was shampoo and soap. There is a hairdryer in the room and slates. I really liked it! If I come again, I will stay here again.
A nice, and most importantly clean, small guest courtyard. The room is bright, clean, the bed linen is fresh. The breakfast is hearty. Unfortunately, there were few people living there, but the impression was like a native one. I advise all travelers, as EVERYTHING is FINE and the cost is affordable. Thank you for such a decent, affordable guest courtyard.
The hotel was issued for replacement, because a pipe burst where I had originally booked. Generally a classic, as I understand it. She arrived, went into the room, looked around and left. Firstly, the address is not the one where the hotel is located. The taxi wound up a couple of extra thousand. There is no entrance to the hotel. I had a 100% prepayment. On the blue eye, they called the same amount to be paid again. When she said that it was paid - "oh, well, well." That is, you don't know at all what and how it was booked or what you were counting on? Number. The entrance door is frosted, but glass. Seriously!? In the evening, with lamp lighting, how to nail it up / hang it? The window is small plastic under the ceiling as in toilets usually. It's like, "we have a window." The floors creak. The walls are probably plywood, because you can hear everything that happens inside the courtyard, behind the wall of the building, on the sides. 10 minutes was enough to estimate that there would be no rest here. Shower / toilet meter by meter and not the first freshness. There is no drinking water: neither in the room, nor a cooler on the territory. Wi-Fi barely pulls. They also wondered why I suddenly moved out. I moved to the perfect hotel as a result. I didn't even care about a full refund, it was so uncomfortable.
I do not recommend it! The rooms are terrible, the furniture is old, the door to the room did not close, the bed linen is dirty and does not change, the breakfast is meager and untimely. The attitude towards tourists is negligent.
Good afternoon!
A great hotel, I'm staying here for the second time. There are breakfasts, you can do without them, then it will be even cheaper!
The room has a bathtub, shower, toilet and hairdryer. Everything you need
I recommend
The rooms are quite clean, there is a swimming pool in the courtyard, the staff is responsive, breakfast is served personally. Registan is 10-15 minutes away by walking distance.
The only drawback is that this address is not determined in Yandex. Taxi, focus on school 26, 100 meters on foot from it
A very pleasant hotel, with an unusual national ornament on the walls and beds, which in turn are made of wood. The price/quality ratio is very acceptable. Delicious breakfasts. We recommend it.
A guest house for guests without a claim. The rooms are large in size, for three, two. But there is one hanger hanging in the closet. And there is no longer a hook, or even a nail in the wall.
The shower flows and splashes in different directions, the flush button flies off in the toilet tank.
The breakfast is hearty: eggs, porridge, pies, a piece of cheese and sausage, some fruit. Instant coffee only.
Hello. I'm ready to live in a tent, but for the money we paid, it's kind of terrible. (we paid 3,500). There is no service, there is no word from the CROWD. The linen is gray, the towels are white. It's scary to walk in rooms without shoes. Toilet paper is just a masterpiece!
Cheap and angry. There are difficulties with water, pipes are flowing. In the kitchen, you can take a kettle, warm up something. We didn't take breakfast, we didn't go to the restaurant. It is not far to the center on foot, along a narrow street with shops you go to the park in front of the Registan. To the left to him, to the right to the market. There were simply no alternatives for such a price during the May holidays, otherwise not a foot
I'm shooting a star for the fact that this hotel is very difficult to find if you don't know where it is)) it is not marked on the maps, the address on the booking was different))) in general, they did not find it right away)) but they found it. The staff is pleasant, they understand Russian, the rooms are clean, nice, and perfect for spending a couple of nights. All the main attractions of Samarkand are within walking distance. Our breakfast was not included, for 25 thousand soums in the morning we ordered breakfast at the reception
The hotel itself is not very good, the rooms are dirty, the plumbing is old, the staff talked loudly and laughed until 2 am. But the most interesting thing happened in the morning, they entered the room and said that they had to leave because a group was urgently coming to them and the whole hotel was booked. All plans fell through, instead of excursions I had to pack up and leave. They threatened to call the police if we didn't leave. That's the impression they left on Samarkand for their guests.
Very good location, within walking distance from Registan. Excellent staff, large, spacious rooms, everything is clean and tidy. I recommend this hotel.
A normal three-piece, a good breakfast, the guy at the reception is very responsive.
The only thing is the area is dark and a taxi is called to the nearest school, and it smells like animals on the street.
Not far from the main attractions of Samarkand (700 m on foot). The staff is helpful. The rooms are clean. There is water. The hotel was also chosen by foreign tourists.
Quite a comfortable hotel. Spacious room, air conditioning, fast WiFi, convenient (for me) location in the city. The usual hotel breakfast. I stayed in room 24 for just one night. The faucet in the washbasin was opening tightly, the shower drain was probably clogged and water spilled over the edge onto the floor.

The hotel? No ... from the word at all , don't get fooled , don't live , this is a hostel , an ordinary one with a service level of 0 , they ran away immediately , dirt , at the entrance and pseudo reception , incomprehensible types smoke , right at the reception , breakfast is a risk of losing health , the historical part? Well, if you want to live in slums, and risk yourself and your property, among other things.. it is not recommended to visit from the word at all , run right away …
Friendly staff, who knows English and Russian. The room is especially beautifully decorated in the Samarkand style. Otherwise, everything is just fine. I gave 350k soums for a double room on 02/14.23.
