I went to the clinic on 01.07.23 at about 14.00 hours with a cat who had cystitis. I wanted to be prescribed injections to start treatment, because at that moment my family and I were leaving the city and planned to return only the next morning (the blood on the tray is a manifestation of cystitis, we saw just at the moment of leaving the house). We were worried that during our absence the cat's condition would worsen, because we had already encountered a severe course of cystitis: it was necessary to insert a catheter, because urine did not come out (the cat's cystitis is recurrent). The clinic specialist refused to see us, because they have an appointment only by appointment, and offered to make an appointment later. I explained that we were leaving, I couldn't come back later. The corridor was completely empty, no one was waiting in line, there was only 1 patient at the reception. There were no other options for providing assistance, and they did not give advice on how to help the cat until tomorrow either. I said "Thank you for the "help"," they confidently replied "please".
The next day, the specialist made excuses that I ran away so quickly that I did not have time to offer other options. That is, 2 times to say that you are working by appointment, talk about another time for recording, and say "please" at the end you managed, and offer other options and start a conversation in a different direction you Didn't you have time?
The book of comments and suggestions had to wait, because the procedure was immediately performed to the cat – this is understandable, the veterinarian was busy, but while I was waiting in the corridor, another woman came into the office, they talked with her for 5-10 minutes after the procedure to the first patient, and only then they took the book out to me.
I am disappointed with the work of your clinic. If you need urgent help, I advise you not to contact us!
To be fair, I would add that 1.5 years ago the quality of services was better, while another veterinarian took us without an appointment and quickly prescribed treatment, which helped. We counted on the same quality of service this time, but unfortunately we received only negative emotions.
There are no such issues with the Aibolit veterinary clinic, and they successfully applied there.
It's a good clinic. We are grateful to all the doctors for their help, especially to Alla Valentinovna, who saved our dog. We have a Pomeranian, I thought that everything would be sad, but we followed all the recommendations to the end and were fully treated, and a week later I got better) Always listen to the doctor, and your pets will be grateful to you!

But if you are dealing with a serious problem regarding life and health, then the quality leaves much to be desired... They almost killed the cat! They brought them to the hospital every day, and they took Drops, injections, procedures, and took them away in the evening. So for three days! the cat did not eat and did not get up. On the third day, when they came to pick up, the cat was completely exhausted, it was decided to go to another clinic. And what was our surprise when the cat was put on an IV in another clinic, he dug himself out and got up after 15 minutes, roughly speaking, became alive. I started eating and going to the toilet. Although in the evening, when the cat was taken away, I was told that an urgent operation was needed, and after recovery, tests, observation, and this is about 2000 thousand. Or that's it... In another clinic, the cat was dug out, injections were punctured, food was provided and the cat has been healthy for more than a year, without surgery. No matter how rude it sounds, it's a rip-off!

We have been carrying a pet to this vet clinic for 3 years now. And, indeed, the attitude has changed. The service is aimed at extracting money from the client. The examination of a cat with an unqualified appointment was 20p. The problem has not been solved. They recommended to take additional HIV tests for 60 rubles, but they did not understand why (they earn as much as they can). There was only one operation - in this clinic (castration). The cat is at home, without going outside.
PS For all the time, we never got to the appointed time. In the same way, they could have dialed and warned, they would have arrived later, and not sat under the door for 20-40 minutes.
We probably won't come here anymore.

I brought the cat to the reception because he started vomiting and had a fever . The doctor did not even weigh the cat and began to inject injections (it still does not fit in my head how you can calculate the dosage without knowing the weight of the cat, as I found out after taking it, the dosage was 1 kg of weight, for a minute my cat weighs 4.5 kg).
I was also given a syringe with a drug for fever, but without a name, respectively, I will not inject it, because I have no idea what it is .
They took almost 60 rubles in 15 minutes of admission and unskilled help....
They charge money for every little thing. I don't want to describe my situation just because it's already unpleasant to even print it. And even more so to think. But the stars... I just give the second one. Out of pity.

They dropped the syringe with the vaccination, only the needle was changed, they picked it up from the floor, again, even the syringe was not treated and their hands were not washed. they asked a question about the time, and only heard haha in response. some kind of redneck attitude... I definitely do not recommend it... only if there is nowhere else, and then at once... and about the fact that Maxim Arkadyevich is the best doctor... Then you just haven't seen better doctors.
It's a terrible clinic. disrespect for customers, negligent attitude to animals, running from one pet to another, had to wait a long time, but I can't explain to the cat that we need to wait another half hour, we spent only time on one trip, although our inspection takes only 7 minutes.it's terribly cold indoors.
