I paid with a card, the first time their machine did not work, although my money was withdrawn. I had to pay for the second time - then it worked, I printed the receipt. It turns out that the money was withdrawn from me 2 times. I've been promised a refund for a week now. I've already gone to them 2 times, they promise to call and make a refund today or tomorrow, but they don't. Upd: after a week and two visits with a reminder, they returned
