This year we decided to have a vacation in Turkey for the first time. Everything was fine until we chose a tour from this travel agency Rino tours!
There were 9 of us, 5 of them are children. We chose The land of the legend .
We were promised that there would be a show program. At the appointed time , 17.45 , a driver with a guide arrived for us , who charged us $ 155 on the spot . It's still at a discount, they told us. Satisfied and happy , we went. We drove for about 2 hours . Tired at 8 p.m., we finally arrived at this place. We were sent by ourselves , without a guide . Then I don 't know why he came there. Yes, everything is beautiful there, everything is glowing. We walked around , but there were only boutiques working there . And the kids asked for a show . Attractions! Which turns out not to exist ! It is open until 19.00!!! Why weren't we warned?! Okay, where's the show that was promised? He's not here either! Let's find out from the locals that admission is FREE!!! They took money from us for bringing us here and that 's it ! 155$ !
For what? For the fare ? The same tourists as us , paid $ 40 in total , it 's just a tin . There were endless fights, we were just fucked up. And it 's not just us ! Everyone who goes there and takes a tour from them ! They promised to return the money , saying that it was their fault , we are still waiting . We have been waiting for 3 weeks. There are no words . We do not recommend this tour operator to anyone! No shame , no conscience ! Ruined your vacation !

Dishonest people. We ordered diving for 1 person , discussed the cost of diving and photo-video. In fact, instead of 40 dollars, 70 came out. Instead of 20, they took 30 for the dive, and they drove from one to another for change, as a result, people simply disappeared, collecting fees on the shore. The price for photos and videos was raised independently from 20 to 40. They tried to return the money. But alas. We got out of it as best we could .Dishonest, unscrupulous people. I strongly advise against contacting them.

Do not try to take a tour from Rino Tours in The Lend of Legends, they fooled us by charging for admission there, although later we found out that admission was free, they also promised a show, but there was no show! Contacting them upon arrival at the hotel with them, it was August 3, they promised to refund the money, now they are pulling the riziga as best they can! In short, my family and I are shocked!

Безответственная фирма, с недостоверной информацией!!!
Брали у них экскурсию в динопарк в Гейнюк 28.08.23г. Я и ребенок.
На сайте информация, что в стоимость экскурсии входят еще платные услуги ( 7D кинотеатр, батут) мы оплатили 65 долларов за взрослого и ребенка с учетом доп. платных развлечений.
По факту нам дали стандартные билеты которые стоят по 25 долларов (других не бывает!) За платные атракционы пришлось оплачивать отдельно!
Я звонила менеджеру из парка (гид на входе дала вай фай) менеджер обещала решить вопрос по разнице завтра. Сказала, что якобы забыли изменить информацию на сайте. Так и не решили, ничего не вернули, я им писала, напоминала , в ответ тишина.
Кстати есть другие тур фирмы, где такая же экскурсия на 2их стоит 55 долларов (входные стандартные билеты+ трансфер).
Обходите эту фирму стороной, в случае спорной или проблемной ситуации, концов ненайти!!!

В первые оставляю отзыв на подоьный сервис по экскурсиям и услугам развления. Твердые пять звезд. Соотношение цена качество отлично.
Для примера в отеле замам стоит 35$ чернз данный сервис 12$. Мащина заьра в нудное время и привезла к отелю. Так же ещлил на рафтинг, можно даже с детьми, если не катались релсендую море впечатлений.

Отдыхали с детьми в июне и брали здесь 2 экскурсии : на каньон Гейнюк и пиратская яхта- все было организованно во время и без нареканий. Спасибо вам! Обратимся вам на следующий год👌

Отличный сервис, прекрасный водитель с чувством юмора, брали сафари на джипах в горы, рекомендую, бронировали через сайт самостоятельно экскурсию и не пожалели👌
