We went on the Italy-Switzerland tour together with Ecotour-6 at the end of September. The route was perfectly organized, a new bus, polite drivers and, most importantly, a wonderful escort Irina Pasechnikova. There wasn't as much free time as I would have liked, but Irina always went to a meeting and allocated extra. time for snacks and independent walks. The overnight hotels on the route were on solid 3* with full breakfasts. City tour guides fully worked out the cost of excursions. I definitely recommend this tour operator.

Good afternoon. It was the first time we applied to Ecotour-6. And they regretted it very much. We had a tour to Greece on the island of Corfu from 06/19/2014. The organization of the whole tour is just a quiet horror: 1) Bus. Constant breakdowns. In Miskolc, he had something with an air system and a battery. A locksmith was called, the bus was "bought" and started from another bus. As a result, the loss of time is 4 hours and, of course, due to a stay in Budapest, a running tour and 1 hour of free time. On the way, the buzzer and the STOP alarm lamp were constantly triggered. Then, while driving, the side window in the door opposite the driver flew out, and we drove "with the breeze", the air conditioner also did not work periodically. The window in the door was somehow covered with a polypropylene cloth and wrapped with tape. Further, already in Corfu, this door simply did not close, they closed it with difficulty and did not use it anymore. According to the drivers, the second glass in the window at the back of the bus was also kept on its word of honor and was about to fly out. 2) Drivers are a separate topic. They are from Ukraine and work in Poland for a private trader. Due to the fact that they never seem to have traveled on toll roads, i.e. when it was necessary to pay for roads, they drove off the autobahn and circled in search of a place of payment, as a result, a loss of time of 5 hours. There were SEVERAL "small ACCIDENTS" on the way - a couple of parked cars were dented and a traffic light was demolished in Serbia. As people, it's rude, and there's no way without shouting, despite the presence of children. 3) Excursions. Budapest, Jaeger - due to a time glitch, it is very crumpled. In Belgrade, we walked through the park along the river under the scorching sun and saw nothing sensible. Excursions to Corfu, to the Salons and to Meteor are very good. In Eger, due to the loss of time during the passage of the Serbian-Hungarian border (5 hours) late in the evening and quite briefly. 4) They offered a regular bus for 15 euros per person, which stands at the border and passes faster than usual. Divorce!!!! There are all scheduled buses and a regular bus will pass in the same time. As a result, after complaints from tourists, upon returning from Corfu, we were replaced by a Greek bus with adequate drivers who spoke Russian perfectly and drove the bus perfectly. Otherwise, with our would-be drivers, we would have been found in a cliff on the way to the Meteors. The accompanying guide Irina smoothed out the jambs as best she could, but the tour is simple.......😭😭😭😭😭😭. One of the good things is a vacation on the island. It's great there! Not a bad hotel. Friendly staff.The purest sea. Sandy beach.But Ecotour-6 did everything to ensure that 38 tourists had so many negative emotions in 14 days. In fairness, it should be said that "compensation" was offered for the spoiled vacation in the form of free audio guide headphones (cost 15 euros per person). Thanks for attention. I went on an Italian espresso tour. I liked everything, we managed to see everything according to the program and even more. The bus is excellent - air conditioning, sockets, WiFi.
There were no problems with obtaining a visa for the tour either, everything will be filled out for you, just provide the documents.
Almost all the hotels were good, except for one near Bologna. There was no WiFi, and half of the group didn't have enough breakfast.
And so in general, after the tour there are a lot of impressions, I would like to see more destinations in the travel agency. And another personal wish is to include more places for dinners with national cuisine in the program.
