Before cutting my hair, I heard a lot of comments about my hair, saying it was of very poor quality, then I heard an advertisement for keratin and products that I absolutely do not need. The request was: just trim the tips and make an EVEN cut. The woman did what I asked, and then started making the ladder, silently, without asking me anything. I thought okay, I won't say anything… I came home, straightened my hair, threw it back, looked in the mirror and saw the HORROR on my head, the cut was uneven!!! I had to go to another barbershop in tears to get a proper haircut. By the way, the ladder that was made was also crooked. They ruined my hair. I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!
