I don't like this store: there are always a lot of people on weekends, but there are few sellers and they can't cope. Prices bite too. I come here only if I don't have what I need at the Econika Outlet on Kalvariyskaya 24. This is a godsend for those with a size of 35.36. There is always a large selection, prices, even for new collections, with a 60-70% discount. While I'm having a fitting, rarely anyone comes in.

The new collection simply leaves no choice, I couldn't help but buy myself at least one pair of shoes as a gift). I bought the boats and just updated them with a trip to my friend's birthday. I stayed comfortably in them almost all night, no complaints about comfort - they were not rubbed anywhere, the heel is comfortable. I have been familiar with Econika shoes for more than 2 years, I love them and often buy them. But this store left a very unpleasant impression, the sneakers bought in it fell apart. I returned it, since there were no such of the same size, I agreed to repair, and after repair they fell apart again after 2 socks.
When I came to take them, to be honest, I didn't wash them, I just took them off after work, put them in a box and took them (they were dusty, but dry). In the Econika store, as I understand it, the owner or hired director began to tell me off for not wearing out shoes. That she (the director) in this form would never have brought "purely little men" and so on.
I'm wrong that I didn't wash it, and I didn't deny it, but I think it's completely wrong to scold. No one said a banal "sorry" to me, although for the fact that I came to deal with this couple 3 times. They didn't ask if it was necessary to pay for transportation or make a delivery.
I consider this to be completely non-customer-oriented. The product provided by this store caused me inconvenience, but apart from the words "teaching and criticism", I did not hear anything.
