A good hotel with pleasant prices for Minsk. The room is clean and cozy. There is a kettle, a refrigerator and a TV. You can warm up food in the microwave on the first floor at the reception. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby. There is a cafe where you can have breakfast and have a good meal. On the territory of the hotel there is a gym, billiards, massage chair.

The room is nice and big. In a quiet place, but far from the metro. I take off the star for the rude greeting of the administrator upon arrival. The broken cornice in the room and the shower stall did not drain well.
There is a cafe nearby that is open only on weekdays from 9 to 18.

A soldier in a skirt met us, immediately informed us that to buy water from her, water from a coffee cooler (also for money), which means it's not about our honor. It's a pity that with such people, the service remains at the level of the 80s...
But Alexey (the next shift) is very friendly and said that water is for everyone. Please note that there are no coolers on the floor.
There was no soap in the room, there was no soap in the toilet, the shower was like a centrifuge, you were about to turn over.
It seems to be clean, but the sediment from the reception remained.

We stayed at the Eco-house for the holidays (May 6-9). The location is not very convenient, there is no place to eat nearby (I do not mean shawarma, but a more or less decent institution). There were no breakfasts, lunches and dinners at the hotel, as the staff was also on weekends (and this happens). The territory is well maintained. The first two taxis arrived there because of the wrong entrance
Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by the most pleasant staff. Only because of the women at the reception would I return to this hotel.
We were located on the ground floor in a two-room block. The block included: a toilet (it was equipped for people with disabilities, although there were no such in the block), a shower room (it will go for a swim, but it was not completely cleaned; on the second day on May 7 it burned out.
a light bulb in the bathroom, the master did not come before the departure, probably he also rested for the holidays), a room (there was a comfortable bed, but it was better not to look under the bed, there was a surprise waiting for us under one of the beds, wrappers, boxes, some details; it was cold - there was no air conditioner, fortunately there were the second blankets used to escape at night). There is no sound insulation.
In general, only the women at the reception were pleased at this hotel! They are very nice and friendly! Thank you very much that the review is worth 3 stars, not 1)

The advantages of this hotel: a quiet place, lots of greenery, no mosquitoes, transport accessibility - 300 meters on foot to the bus and trolleybus stops, to the suburban train of the Moscow direction about 800 meters., Friendly staff, fresh renovation. Disadvantages: on Saturday and Sunday, the cafe does not work, the rooms are not cleaned; there is no elevator; the water drained poorly in the shower cabin.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights.
The location is not very convenient. We drove by car through some backyards. We ran into a barrier. I had to go out to look for a "grandmother" who would open the barrier.
The staff is polite.
Unfortunately, the accommodation has overshadowed the condition of the rooms, or rather the bathrooms. The four of us lived in a block room. Upon entering, the smell of a lovely carpet, once flooded with water, immediately hit my nose. The sink is dirty, and there are strange stains on the wall in the toilet. The shower stall is rusty and has a faulty drain (a disease of many shower stalls in hotels). The air freshener bottle in the toilet turned out to be empty.
Mold and musty smell feel great in the refrigerator.
Okay, at least the air conditioners worked at least.
Wi-Fi is kind of slow and constantly "falling off".
The total result of the stay is that we will not come here anymore.

The staff is polite. The rooms are dirty. The rooms are not cleaned. The windows for ventilation do not open - they are broken. An uncomfortable cramped shower stall. Two rooms booked by phone turned out to be two beds in one room with amenities in a common corridor with another room upon check-in.
