A nice, cozy, compact hotel. We rested from 07.08 to 08/14.
24 On the territory of 6 two-storey houses. There are 2 rooms on the ground floor, 2 on the second floor, and 1 depending on the rooms. The hotel is homely, quiet, clean. If it's not bad for two, we were three and with an additional one. There was no place to turn around. The shower and toilet in the room, the only thing that was very uncomfortable was a scanty sink, it was below the waist even for me with a height of 1.55, not to mention tall. Towels are provided, there is a tiny hair dryer. There is only shower gel in the bathroom. The room has comfortable mattresses, a refrigerator, a wardrobe with hangers, glasses and mugs. There is no kettle. The hotel is located close to the sea. 5-7 minutes on foot, but go back to the hill. Within walking distance: fountain, psyrtskha station, New Athos Monastery, Anakopia Nature Reserve, in principle, and Anakopia fortress, but it is better to take a taxi to the observation deck, because it is very steep.
Breakfast is free, but it is very modest. As a girl who loves porridge, I am normal, but my husband, who does not eat porridge, basically went hungry. Here are some breakfasts: 2 porridges to choose from always: wheat, rice, friendship and oatmeal daily. In addition to porridges, everyone takes out plates on them: 1 circle of cucumber, 2 tomatoes, and then either 1 boiled egg / 1 fried / sausage / cheesecake and pancakes. I can't say anything, everything is delicious, but sausage, sausage or cheese should be every day, and a sandwich is better, because bread has not even been given once. Well, is a man going to eat even if he eats 1 egg and vegetables? How about without a sandwich? Or even sometimes without an egg 2 cheesecakes and vegetables? Of course not. Coffee and tea can be poured for breakfast.
A minus for this in the review, plus I didn't like the rules that you can't sit at tables in the evening, but where to sit? There is no place in the room for this, and there is no table. Therefore, you have to walk all the time and come only to sleep in the room.
Therefore, decide for yourself: clean, not bad, but uphill climb, the rules are clearly not for vacationers, but for a strict camp

Good evening! We rested in the Eco-Village from 08/28/24-09/25/24.We were received very hospitably, cordially! A gorgeous place, small rooms, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning! The owners of the hotel are just sweethearts! Friendly, responsive! Special thanks to Inge, the kitchen employee! A sincere woman! The territory is well maintained, order, cleanliness, everything is green! The breakfasts are delicious, although they are not varied, no one remained hungry. All the sights are within walking distance! I recommend this hotel!!! Relaxation is provided!!!

Good afternoon! We stayed at the hotel for a week, liked everything, polite staff, clean, tidy, beautiful view, located in the city center. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. Our rest was active, we left after breakfast and came in the evening. The breakfasts are very tasty, the service is at a high level. All the sights of New Athos are within walking distance.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is a small two-storey house, some rooms overlook the monastery of New Athos.
The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are good. There is a minimum set in the room. Air conditioning, hair dryer, TV. Thermopot outside, you can get boiling water at any time.
Recommend. The photo shows a view from the window, a view from New Athos to the hotel and a photo of breakfast.

The photo in the review does not correspond to reality. In fact, these are several two-story wooden houses. However, with all the amenities. Clear. They clean every day, after 2 days they change the linen (to our great amazement). The breakfasts are quite monotonous, but quite edible. The only caveat: if you book a room, you need to contact the hotel directly and remind them 3-4 times that you need (for example) separate beds. Otherwise, they will settle you as they will. And another thing: the administration is hard to find. The girl is sitting on the first floor of the second house to the left of the entrance. I am adding photos of the hotel.

We had a rest in September 2024, an excellent hotel, cozy wooden two-storey houses, a room with all amenities, made a lot of acquaintances with hotel guests when checking in, we mixed up the suitcase, the hotel administration solved the issue within an hour. Everything is within walking distance. We liked everything very much. Let's go to ECO Village again.

Good afternoon! I want to share my impressions about my vacation at the Eco Village Hotel. We had a rest with a friend from September 18 to 29, 2023.
The impressions are great! The vacation was a success! The sea is clean and warm!
I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for their hospitality and cordiality! To administrators Sergey and Tatiana - respect and respect!
The territory of the hotel is small, but well-groomed, beautiful and very cozy. Abundance of flowers and greenery on the territory. From the balcony of the 2nd floor there is a gorgeous view of the sea.
Almost all the sights of New Athos are within walking distance. You can call a taxi through the Administrator.
We were lucky with the weather. All the days were sunny. The air temperature is + 24, + 26 ° C, the sea temperature is + 25 ° C. We had a tremendous pleasure, regardless of the living conditions. Have a great holiday to everyone!The hotel is not on the first line. To the sea - 15 minutes on foot. And the way back from the beach is "uphill".
There is no hair dryer, kettle, table, towels for feet in the rooms. There is only liquid soap in the bathroom. There are no scales in the hotel either. The absence of these elementary items leaves a not very good impression of the hotel. For boiling water, for a hairdryer, you need to run outside. I had to have a snack on a stool. The beds are positioned so that the door to the toilet does not fully open. You can only enter sideways.
Breakfast at the hotel is very modest. Of course, we had enough - porridge, sausage and scrambled eggs or porridge and cheesecake. We were stunned when they gave us a plate with two cheesecakes and said it was for two. From drinks only tea. Coffee is paid. There is no ketchup or sauce, apparently there are no greens and vegetables in Abkhazia either. Once in 10 days of rest, fried eggs were served with two slices of tomato and thick-skinned cucumber.
We were lucky enough to meet the "owner (he introduced himself that way) of the hotel - Ruslan. A very unpleasant character. I think that at least it is not correct to tell guests how tired he is of vacationers and the season would end sooner. Just because of this, I don't want to go back to this hotel anymore.
Grocery stores in New Athos are terrible. And the menu in the cafe is meager.
Be sure to take cash with you. We paid for accommodation by transfer and paid a commission of 700r.

An iron and a washing machine are available at the reception.The rooms overlook the sea, the mountains, the Anakopian fortress and the golden domes of the New Athos Monastery! There is no kettle in the room, but there is a gazebo where you can get hold of boiling water at any time of the day)))and smoke, because Smoking on a la balconies is not allowed, for fire safety and for the convenience of non-smoking guests. The hotel is located in a quiet side street. Be ready to go downhill in the heat, 150 meters.
I took off the star for breakfast! Friends, do not mislead the hotel guests, breakfast is your shame! Yes, porridge is served daily, but for guests who do not eat porridge, there is nothing to eat, 2 pieces of molded bread, without butter, with a thin circle of sausage and a piece of cheese, and a boiled egg is not breakfast, or a little omelet with three circles from one sausage....
Fortunately, there is just the awesome Sunrise coffee shop is 150 meters from the hotel, there you can have breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price, and the menu is so simply exquisite, coffee and desserts are generally beyond praise! The beauty of this hotel is that it is close to the sea, and to local attractions, and quiet in the evenings! You can, for a fee, have lunch and dinner in the hotel cafe - delicious! After wandering around the city, I personally did not see an alternative to this hotel...

We had a rest in Eco Village in July 2023. The most pleasant impressions. A cozy room on the 2nd floor with a view of the mountains, a cafe, the New Athos Monastery and the sea. Wonderful staff and cafe staff who cook well. Hearty breakfasts with pleasant music. Special thanks to the administrators Sergey and Tatiana, who promptly resolve all issues and with whom it is just a pleasure to talk. Somewhere in the reviews it came across that poor sound insulation and loud music in the cafe. We didn't notice that. The music was not always in the evening and at 23.00 and even turns off earlier. Everything is close. The park and shops are 2 minutes away. The sea is 5-6 minutes away. There are many places to eat if someone does not want to go to a local cafe. Linen, towels, everything changes often. You can book a guided tour from the administrators. Everything is clear on time. When, after a heavy rain, the power went out, everything worked clearly, the cafe workers cooked breakfast on a campfire, brought water, no fuss. Special thanks to the administrator Sergey for his kindness and sincere conversations on various topics. An intelligent, versatile and interesting person!
Of the suggestions to improve something: A small table in the room, a mirror (in the bathroom) and an electric kettle would not hurt (there was a thermopot in the yard, but it would not hurt in the room either).
We are very happy with our stay at the hotel! We are thinking of visiting here again someday.

One of the advantages is a well-groomed green area, all in flowers. On the balcony you can drink coffee with a view of the sea and the monastery. Wooden houses. The breakfasts are not bad, but the same thing. Instant coffee is included only.
Of the cons:
- the room is small, very good audibility, the neighbors stomped like elephants
- an employee codenamed Manana. I was really unpleasantly surprised when I started snapping and bickering about cleaning (the shower water flowed because of the short curtain). After that, it became not very comfortable to stay in the hotel. Manana was hanging a floor cloth and a doormat from the shower on the clothes dryer (!), where they actually hang swimsuits, panties and towels. I thought it was such a revenge on us, but then I noticed that it was the same in other rooms.
- in general, "cordiality" is like everywhere in Abkhazia - all with heavy sighs and the whole appearance of how difficult it is

We rested here for only 4 days out of 10 booked in advance. The price-quality does not match at all, so we moved to a hotel that is located nearby. The houses in the picture are cute, but: the rooms are very small; the passages to the bed are very narrow and not comfortable, there is a smell of sewage in the bathroom; there is no table in the room, apparently so that everyone eats in a cafe on the territory where they don't really want to eat; the most inconvenient thing is the lack of sound insulation from the word at all, if there is a night maybe you won't get enough sleep.For some reason, breakfast is served in the cafe from 9 to 11, which is very inconvenient (I want to go to the sea earlier)I asked to feed earlier, it turned out a couple of times, and then a refusal, I asked the administrator then to return the money for breakfast, again a refusal. The cafe is expensive and not very tasty, I recommend the coffee shop, which is located down the lane, there. As a result, they decided to move out, the money was really returned without any problems, although they were credited on the second or third day.Conclusion: if you plan to rest in New Athos in late September- early October, it is better not to book a hotel, you can rent a cheaper and better room on the spot, and you will at least see it with your own eyes, good luck!

A great little hotel! The houses are wooden, with 4 rooms, we lived on the 1st floor. The air conditioner is working, there is always hot water, a TV with many movie channels, a refrigerator. The room is clean, the towels are white, there is a clothes dryer outside the room. The room has a corkscrew, glasses, tea.
In the morning, breakfast at the on-site cafe, 2 dishes to choose from: porridge / omelet + cheesecakes / pancakes, everything is delicious, homemade, sour cream and cheesecakes are tender. The cafe also prepares other food, we have not tried it. The territory is pretty, lots of flowers, you can see the sea, the monastery, the fortress, in general, a great view.
However, I had to twist around to find, if you go from the shell along Ladaria street, at turn 1 you have to turn left and then turn left again after the public toilet to a hill with a sooo broken road. Because of this road, we thought there was nothing there, but the hotel is hiding there) there are signs
It is close to the sea, closer than in many other hotels.

We are very happy with the hotel! We had a rest in August 2022. Yes, the rooms are not very large. It's good for two people. It is well located. Especially if you live on the second floor, you will have not just a balcony, but a whole balustrade, and you can't see the neighbors' windows! Nice territory, lots of flowers. Yes, the breakfasts are monotonous. But everything is delicious. If you need to go on an excursion early, then you will be fed earlier. The administrator will help with the organization of the tour. Beautiful views from the window. There are no crowds of tourists, as the hotel is located on a quiet street. The road to the sea is pleasant. Back up the hill , but it 's useful . I really liked the hotel. At first there were some complaints, but then I looked at the others and realized that everything is almost perfect for Abkhazia here and this hotel is indeed one of the best in New Athos.
Most of the photos that Yandex Maps currently issues for this hotel are generally incorrect. There are no huge pink buildings here - just a few beautiful wooden houses in a fenced area that cascade in 3 rows. There are 4 rooms in each house - 2 on the floor.
The rooms on the 2nd floor offer sea/mountain views. Rooms with panoramic windows are turned towards sunrise, so in the morning, if you open the curtains, the sun floods the room. Everything in the rooms and on the territory is done with taste. There are a lot of greenery and flowers on the territory, birds are constantly singing, as if they were included in some kind of soothing application) The room has pleasant cotton bed linen, a light blanket and a plaid, white towels, air conditioning, a refrigerator and a private toilet with a shower, there are 2 chalks, a teaspoon, a plate. They put paper and liquid soap on, there is no shampoo. I was given a hair dryer and a basin for rinsing swimsuits, but they said that if there were a lot of people, they would need to be constantly returned to the reception, and not kept at home. Ironing facilities are also at the reception, you need to go down there to iron. At first, I was very upset by the lack of a kettle in the room - there is a thermopot on the territory, but it is extremely inconvenient to carry tea from there to the 2nd floor. As a result, the staff still found a kettle for me, but as an exception. By the way, there is only 1 table in the gazebo on the territory, at which you can organize gatherings. The other tables belong to the cafe, where you can't go with your own. There are no tables on the balconies or in the rooms either. There is also no kitchen where you can cook yourself.
I took a room with breakfast included, but breakfast, in my opinion, is not worth the money. They give porridge, pancakes / cheesecakes and black tea. There is a hotel nearby where a buffet breakfast is served for the same price. In general, the cafe on the territory is also made stylishly and pleasantly. As for the service, if you're lucky, there are waiters who won't say a kind word.
Everything is fine with the cleaning, except that it is not on schedule and you do not know at what point they will come to you. Towels and bedding are changed faster than they can get dirty, trash is taken out, new paper is put on, and the floor is wiped.
There is always an administrator in the courtyard who can be contacted for any questions.
It is very close to the sea, 5 minutes to the ruins.
Of the disadvantages that I have encountered are some problems with silence. Construction work was carried out behind the fence for 2 days in a row, which began at 6 a.m. In Abkhazia, either there is no law on silence, or they do not observe it. In the evening, the room vibrates with loud music in the park. I can hear the road a little. But I must say that such a situation with silence is very common. Here people do not sweat because of lack of sleep)
I give the hotel a high rating, because it was very cozy and pleasant for me there, I slept soundly, despite the factors described above, I really liked being in the room, looking at the views, having picnics on the balcony. It felt like home, where you really relax.

The hotel is located on a mountain, the rooms are old and small! The rooms are not cleaned, towels and bed linen have never been changed. The administrators are not friendly, they do not respond to requests, it seems that the guests only bother them! We arrived with the child at night, although we were supposed to check in at 14.00 the day before, so the administrator Tatiana, in response to my questions about the room, said that if I did not like something, then we could not check in, but look for some other hotel! At the same time, the room was already paid for by me. This is for me and a little kid at night! The only adequate administrator who is always happy to help is Sergey.Cats roam the territory, they climb even when you eat in the hotel cafe. Music in the cafe in the evening until 23.00, since the cafe is next to the buildings (the hotel territory is small) - it can be heard everywhere, respectively, you will not fall asleep! Children are not welcome there, except for those who are not visible and not heard! The only plus is the view of the monastery, the mountains, the sea, although the sea is not very close, but who has already vacationed in Abkhazia knows that the sea is visible from everywhere! We will not go to this hotel anymore and we do not recommend it to anyone!

The Ecovillage Hotel is located near the sea beach, in a place with beautiful, picturesque views.
There are shops, a pharmacy, a seaside park within walking distance.
There is a parking lot and a cafe with the same name on site.
They cook here to order, tasty and fast.
Friendly and sociable staff work here.
The cost of accommodation in the hotel is above average.
The price includes breakfast.
The downside I would note is the lack of single rooms and steep stairs to climb to the second floor.

We rested at the hotel from 5 to 11 June.The impression is ambivalent. Nature, sea, air, weather are beyond praise.An individual transfer does not cost 6.5 tons for two. Firstly, no one met, I had to call, spend money. Secondly, the driver accused us of allegedly not being able to get through. We arrived early in the morning, asked to check in a little earlier, because there was a night flight - refusal. Technically they are right, but the administration does not care about vacationers, they just smile. A number is a separate song. It's just a chicken coop, you can't turn around, one chair and a stool, there is no table or bedside table, there are only hangers in the closet without shelves. They settled in a house in front of the gazebo, where they hang out, smoke, and laugh all the time. And every evening you wait for them to disperse. The room is not cleaned. Only after reminders, the floor was washed once and towels were changed. There are no beach towels. The breakfasts are not bad. The food to order is delicious, but very expensive. 1 thousand trout fish. In short, they are trying to squeeze out money.The beach is clean, pebbles, sun beds 200 rubble. I do not recommend it

We had a rest last September on the recommendation of our friends, we were very satisfied.We are going there this September.The place is very beautiful, the location is great, it takes 7 minutes to walk to the sea, unlike other hotels after 23.00 it is quiet, if there are rowdies they will be immediately put in place.Friendly staff.As for the breakfasts, they really are not diverse, but you might think we eat a buffet at home for breakfast.The linen is changed, clean, beautiful.The maids are very neat, they left tips for cleaning, they then cleaned almost the general cleaning.Of course, everything is nearby.What else is needed for a great holiday, only good weather) and so that we also respect the people we came home to, the Abkhazians are very hospitable.

I don't even know how to write a review- actually, I live in another hotel, but the cafe is beyond praise!!!! It is extremely delicious, as I arrived, I tried it and that's it!!! I stayed for the whole time - try it, you will never want anything else!!! It's a dream, every dish is an exclusive. My advice is, if you are in New Athos, do not look for another place for lunch or dinner. Low bow and best wishes, and if I have to come back, I will look for my favorite chefs. thank you!!!!

We rested against this place ! But I want to leave a review!!! Arriving in the evening at a nearby hotel, we went for a walk along the embankment, along the way buying a meal in the room, because the establishments in the vicinity were closed, it's not the first time we rest in Abkhazia and who knows about the invasion of dogs, cats, cows and all living creatures on the street... and so the dogs followed us, apparently by the smell, well, we don't touch them, they also go and go..... APPROACHING OUR HOTEL, WE SEE THAT AN ABHAZ MAN RUNS OUT OF THE ECO VILLAGE RIGHT AT US AND YELLS THAT HE IS GOING TO SHOOT NOW!!! THAT WE COMMUNICATE WITH DOGS AND BETTER FIND PEOPLE TO TALK TO !! ALONG THE WAY, HE GRABS A BRICK AND THROWS IT AT OUR SIDE , EITHER AT US OR AT THE DOGS. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE SHOCKED! PAY ATTENTION TO THIS! WHETHER IT WAS THE OWNER OR THE STAFF IS NOT KNOWN.... Very comfortable, comfortable in position. In the center of Mount Athos and on a quiet street, 5 minutes to the sea. There is a cafe, breakfast is included. Delicious and not expensive. Room cleaning every day, change of linen and towels every other day. Everything is just fine, if I am in Abkhazia again, I will only stay there, I recommend it to everyone. The houses are two storeys high, the audibility from the top is 200%, from the side is 100%. But it also depends on the adequacy of the neighbors, how they behave. On the territory of the cafe. Breakfast in the morning:porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cheesecakes, tea, coffee. To choose from. In the evening and in the afternoon, you can eat like in a restaurant, ordering any dish. The prices are no more expensive than in the city, and the quality is even better. The minus is that it's noisy from late at night. However, at 24 they closed it, but the noisy guests remained. The rooms are cleaned daily, the territory is well maintained. The staff is friendly and talkative. They offer guided tours. I ordered from them and from the woman how to get down from them. The woman is nimble, organized better. We also bought a transfer to the airport from her. The transfer was a group, everyone was picked up from the hotels, the smart guy's driver quickly passed all the boundaries with us. It's not far to the sea. In general, the hotel is located not far away and within walking distance of all the sights of the city.

Hello, we rested at the ECO Village hotel from 5 to 15:June,,arrived at 9 o'clock in the morning, immediately settled in - it's nice, they gave a room on the 2nd floor with beautiful views of the sea and mountains, the hotel territory is beautiful, everything is in colors, this is where the beauty ends.The room is small, not as stated on the website, everything would be fine, but the beds are shaky, creak, once again you will not turn over so as not to wake anyone, then when you open the door to the bathroom, it beats against the bed, there is no kettle in the room, you had to go downstairs for boiling water and climb to the 2nd floor is not very convenient with mugs,,from the dishes in the room there are 2 mugs,2 buckets,a plate and a corkscrew,there is no table,we had to eat on stools,liquid soap, toilet paper, towels in the bathroom,cleaning is a separate topic,we just took away the garbage and put toilet paper,on the 5th day a miracle happened,we changed towels and the bed and everything, the dust was not even wiped, then everything was changed for us on day 9, even the floors were washed, now about breakfast - they are monotonous, you can take porridge, scrambled eggs, cheesecakes or pancakes, tea or coffee, every day we took rice porridge,cheesecakes and tea or coffee, all 10:days, everything is delicious at home, but there is the same thing!!!

I was here with my wife at the end of June, we rested in this beautiful place for 12 days and were very satisfied.
The Eco-Village Hotel is located in a small, quiet side street. It consists of 6 two-storey wooden houses and a cafe-veranda. The houses of the hotel, as well as their interior, are made of wood, which confirms the name of this cozy and fresh place.
The food in the cafe is very tasty. We took vouchers with breakfast, but every day we had lunch and dinner right there, because it is very tasty and inexpensive and at the same time the portions are of good size.
And most importantly, very hospitable and helpful people work in the hotel and in the cafe. Starting from the administration and ending with the women who clean the rooms, everyone left a very good impression.
To be honest, I didn't want to leave. It's a great place. Thanks for the rest.

There is no soap-snout at all.
Of the advantages: from the outside, the hotel looks cool, which is what it captivates on the websites. And because it is located far from the main street, there is less noise from local taxi drivers. That's it.

We had a rest in May 2021. We were very satisfied! The hotel is located in an alley, away from the noise of the road and at the same time within walking distance from all the sights of New Athos. We walked to the monastery (very impressive!), Stalin's summer cottage, the New Athos cave, the old railway station and waterfall, the historical gorge of the river. Psyrdzha, a park with Swan Lake. We walked along the most beautiful mountain paths in the area of Stalin's dacha, climbed to the Eagle's Nest villa, from where the panorama of New Athos is visible. The place is just wonderful! A lot of positive emotions. Regarding the location of the hotel, we put a "five"! The territory is very beautiful, well maintained thanks to the efforts of the staff and, especially, the hardworking woman Samara! Flowers, cleanliness, comfort! The on-site dining room provides breakfast (we had it included in the tour package), For quite reasonable prices you can immediately have a delicious lunch and dinner. Thanks to Svetlana and her team! We lived on the second floor, side sea view, cypresses (thanks to the administrator Alice!). Roosters can be heard) and bird discord! It's nice! The room is small, but there is both an air conditioner and an electric heater. There is a floor dryer in each room for drying clothes. The beach is pebbly, very close, you can walk through a park or a square. The water is the purest! We took a minibus to Pitsunda and Sukhum. Keep in mind - the cost of the Sukhum - Gudauta minibus is 100 rubles per person in any direction and for any distance, and the Sukhum -Psou minibus is 200 rubles. We took an all-day excursion to Lake Ritsa with an Abkhazian feast. I highly recommend it (in good sunny weather)! In general, the rest turned out to be diverse and with a lot of positive impressions! Feel free to choose the Eco Village hotel!

A wonderful hotel in every sense of the word!!!
We had a vacation with our daughter in July 2021. We did not find any disadvantages. The location is excellent - away from the road and there is no noise, the sea is a 5-minute walk away, all the sights of the city are within walking distance, beautiful views open from all sides! From the balcony of our room there was a view of the sea - it's a thrill to get up in the morning and see the sea!!!
The hotel staff is responsive, friendly. Special thanks to the administrator Alice, she always has everything at hand and has answers to all questions and wishes)) Nothing was denied!!!
The territory of the hotel is very well maintained, thanks to the cleaner Samara for this, like a bee from 7 a.m. she works and brings beauty and order. The rooms were cleaned every day.
The cafe at the hotel "Home cooking" fully corresponds to its name. The girls Emma and her assistant (unfortunately, she didn't ask for a name) are just magicians!!! The food is very tasty, the menu is varied, the portions are huge! Svetlana and the waitress Rosa are polite and helpful! Every visit to the cafe was a pleasure! Some complained about the long service, maybe so, but that's because everything was prepared fresh with you!!! This did not upset us in any way, we admired the views from this cafe of the New Athos Monastery and the mountains with the fortress of Anakopia!
I recommend this hotel! If New Athos, then only Eco-Village!!!

It was our favorite hotel for two years in a row. I especially liked the restaurant.
And suddenly they bought speakers and got a manager who personally turns on creepy pop music at full volume at 22:00. When asked to turn it down, he aggressively declares that he is in charge here. Don't set foot in here anymore.
This is an insulting attitude towards guests, for the first time in the whole Caucasus!
PS we recommend removing the prefix "Eco" from the name of the hotel.

An insanely gorgeous place! Very clean rooms and well-kept grounds! Special thanks to the administrator Alice, a good girl is always happy to help with any question! And of course the kitchen.... there is a cafe on the territory of the hotel ..... it's just a fairy tale, it seems to me that we have never eaten tastier food....The girls cook homemade food for themselves! They are always cheerful and sociable ...they are very energizing! To be honest, I didn't want to leave! Not only is New Athos itself a very interesting place, there is always where to go and what to see, and many places are located within walking distance (New Athos Monastery, Iverskaya Mountain and Anakopian Fortress, Green Konen, grotto and cell of Simon Kononite, New Athos cave.... etc., etc. you can endlessly write) so also such hospitality! It is located in an alley next to the city administration and, after walking only 100 m along the alley, you find yourself on a square next to a bank, shops, a bus stop and access to the beach. The houses in the hotel are designed for 4 rooms. The entrances are arranged so that the guests do not interfere with each other. Wonderful staff and attentive host. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The heart of the hotel is a cafe where homemade breakfasts, lunches and dinners are prepared. A bonus is a wonderful view of the Anakopian fortress and the temple. I recommend.
