Nice new hotel in 2024.
Everything is new, it smells like wood.
A quiet place, away from the roads.
Shared kitchen in the courtyard.
The sea is 150m from the gate.
The beach is wild and uncrowded.
Of the cons:
There are a number of minor flaws in the rooms, such as the lack of a night light by the bed, shelves in the shower, curtains on the front door.
In the summer kitchen, you need more shade, no shading curtains, otherwise it's very hot in the sun.
The nearest store is half a kilometer away.
We were with a small child in September, and it's quite convenient, quiet and comfortable by car.

We stayed at this hotel for the purpose of traveling by car in Abkhazia. The location of this hotel is very good because it is the same to the left and to the right along the coast. The hotel itself is new, the rooms are decent, clean, everything you need is there. There is a beach to relax on, there is a good gastro bar on the coast with a high-quality taxi menu for 150 rubles. The most important thing is that the hotel is comfortable for living, there is a kitchen for cooking, a green lawn in the yard. There are no problems in the room with Internet, TV, hot water, individual boiler, air conditioning cold / warm. I recommend this place for a quiet rest.

We just had a rest at this wonderful hotel! I liked everything, cozy rooms, proximity to the sea, stunning mountain views! And most importantly, peace and quiet! I want to come back here again! It's not the first time in Abkhazia, but "Apsha" just won our heart! Thanks to the Wind!
