We had a rest in August 2024, a wonderful place with amazingly sincere and intelligent hosts)
Of the advantages:
-the houses are new and clean, the water is hot around the clock without interruptions, there is a refrigerator, kettle, microwave;
- all household cleaning supplies,garbage bags, toilet paper are generally available, when you need to, you just take it into the house and use it;
- you can wash it for free when necessary;
- in 3 minutes by car there is a delicious Cozy cafe, we didn't bother about food at all, or a cafe or there is a barbecue area with already cooked firewood on the territory;
-it is very convenient that there are many trees on the territory and you can relax even during the day in the shade in nature;
- 7 minutes to the sea slowly;
Of the cons (it's not critical for us at all)
The shared kitchen has not been made yet, but the owners plan to implement this project by next season.
I advise everyone, a very cozy place, we will definitely return there! Thank you very much for a very warm welcome!

A good place to relax. The houses are clean and cozy. The sea is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace. There is a washing machine on site. The territory itself is all green. Silence in the morning, birds are singing. Very good friendly hosts. The car was parked inside the yard.
The only minor disadvantages are that we didn't have enough hooks, shelves for small things and curtains on the second floor. In the evening, under artificial lighting, you don't walk in your underpants)
And! The biggest plus is to come back here again, insanely kind, beautiful, sweet Geri) my friend.

We had a rest in September, very budget-friendly compared to other houses, conditionally in Krasnodar such houses will be 2-3 times more expensive, I really liked it! New houses, still smells of wood inside.The hosts are wonderful, helpful people, very polite.You can safely trust them and come to visit them, we really liked it!
