A great place to relax! Good location — close to the beach, there are many cafes and a large market where you can buy fruits or souvenirs) In the courtyard there is a barbecue, gazebo, barbecue, kitchen, cozy veranda in each room) the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. A friendly atmosphere — they will always help and tell you what to see, how to get through, etc. Thanks for the hospitality, I liked everything 🙌🏻

A disgusting place to stay. Among the disadvantages - the lack of a TV in the room, the floors were terribly squeaky, there was no sound insulation (all the conversations and rustles of the neighbors could be heard), towels and bed linen were not changed all 7 days of stay, toilet paper soap and shampoo were not provided, dim light in the room, the neighbor's dog howled every night, there is no room cleaning. The room has a shabby table with two terrible chairs. I do not recommend this place for recreation.

I liked the small cozy houses.there is a large gazebo with a TV, where you can have a good time in the evening.barbecue, kitchen,washing machine,dishes,there is everything to relax comfortably.Special respect to the owner Tengiz and his loyal assistants Timur and Saida
