I recently visited Echo Karaoke and was absolutely delighted! The atmosphere here is incredible: the cozy interior, bright lights and friendly staff create a sense of celebration from the very entrance.
The selection of songs is simply impressive! From classic hits to modern popular tracks, everyone will find something to their liking. My friends and I sang until morning, and it was just unforgettable!
The food also deserves a special mention. The dishes are delicious and varied, and the cocktails are very refreshing. Top-level service: the waiters are attentive and always ready to help.

On 12/27/2024 we went for a walk on the corporate. I really liked it. The staff is friendly, attentive, and smiling. The interior is beautiful and comfortable. The cuisine is beyond praise. Very tasty, the portions are large. In short, we drank, ate, and sang with pleasure! I recommend it!!! The only negative is smoking hookah right in the gym. You can suffocate.

The overall impression of the place is inspiring.I celebrated my birthday at this institution, and I left with a big smile on my face and a very good impression.
The cuisine is delicious, the staff is polite.
The selection of cocktails is simply huge, many have tried it and all were delicious.
But most of all, I was struck by the fact that guards would not help me get dressed in any institution, but here they dressed me, held my bags, and took me to a taxi.

Great place! The kitchen is amazing. The DJ is friendly, as are the waiters!!! But there is always a but. The receptionist is, of course, still that fruit, not only did she walk around the hall and stand in the hall like a supervisor with her arms folded, but also "we forgot to warn you," "I do not know why you were not told," "I did not put my joint in your receipt." The management needs to work with the administrator again on how to behave when there are visitors in the hall. People came to relax and unwind. Everything seems to be fine, but for some reason there is no desire to return, which is a pity.

We had a rest with a company in this institution. The kitchen and interior are beyond praise, and all the good things have ended here. It felt like Alexander, the security guard, had been watching us all evening, for no clear reason. The host threw the microphones on the table as a favor. Very long pauses between performances. The presenter sang more than the guests. I regard the waiters' work as just serving food - without a mood, without a smile, without the ability to serve. The place was quite uncomfortable - stuffy, the air conditioners were not working. The food is delicious, but like going to a karaoke club, I wouldn't come back here a second time!

Being a regular customer of this institution, constantly attending karaoke and lunches, the administration refused to sing the song in turn according to the crazy menu! They argued that three crazy songs had already been sung on the circle and I was banned (I was called to a conversation separately with the host and the administrator, and I regard the behavior of the staff as at least not customer-oriented! I ask the management to respond and contact us to clarify this incident. I regard the behavior of our company as adequate!
The waiters communicate as if the customers already owe them! They don't feel like working (it feels like that).

We have been to the echo more than once, the first impression was: We will come again! But it got worse and worse with each trip. The waiters were tired of this life, and the karaoke host always came up with new rules not to include this or that soundtrack, referring to a rude word in the text and the like. They also allowed themselves to sing a duet once in a circle with the administrator, maybe that's what they need, they don't provide rules)))
Bar! There will only be ice in your cocktails. Better take a glass of dry.
The cuisine is delicious, there are no complaints about it.
If they start smoking hookahs inside, it gets stuffy and stuffy, and ventilation can't cope.
Protection is a separate art form. They will meet you with a piercing, pejorative look. Every time you ask for a jacket to go outside, with a huge favor and a click, you will certainly receive it.
Check the receipt before you leave! There are promotions on weekdays, but they allegedly forget to add these promotions to the receipt. They apologize. The money is being refunded. But the sediment remains.
What a cherry on the cake. You will definitely be asked for a document at the entrance to the establishment. Especially on weekdays. They won't tell you what rules they follow, and they won't show you the internal documents they're asking for. Simply: No passport? Goodbye!

We decided to visit spontaneously, but they refused us, because my husband was wearing shorts (not athletic shorts, the weather has been good for the last few weeks...) Apparently, smart young people are a priority rather than people who want to support the institution with rubles. It is a pity that the staff is so customer-oriented.

I haven't seen such an incompetent administrator and security guard (Alexander) yet, not only has the table not been secured (a reservation was made during the week of March 8), but they also didn't apologize, stood rudely at the reception and tried to prove that there was no reservation (and we got the place, date, time, etc. wrong). Management should carefully select staff!

We were on our way to Grodno, and we happened to stop by for lunch.
