The view from the upper observation deck is spectacular.
Evening lighting too.
There is a decent Jules Verne restaurant on the second floor.
At one time, it was possible to drink a glass or two of champagne on the upper landing.

At this time, only one elevator and a staircase are open for ascent. There are two ticket offices , so there is a huge queue . The scoreboard says the waiting time is 1h30 minutes. We waited in line for 3 hours. On the first level, where there is a transparent floor and a cafe, the elevator does not stop-only on the stairs. I was very sorry for the time spent on the queue, it's better to find another place with a view of Paris from above, and spend time pleasantly.
